So I have a "problem." Three out of my possible four Inquisitors are potential romances for Josephine...this despite the very few images, me not finding her attractive, and a certain terror that I might end up hating her. I guess personality really does count for something.

Well, yay for her being your favorite is 3 out of 4 runs will romance her. ![]()
Why do you fear you'll end up hating her? Is there something about her that troubles you?

For the moment. It's a new engine, so the tools haven't been figured out, but one day...
Outlook not so good.

Maybe three. I've actually got a bunch of Inquistor blurbs with "Possible X or Y romance." Josephine is in 3, Dorian in 2, and Cass and Solas both in 1.
And I didn't like Liara very much, especially in 3, so there's some anxiety there. As well as a fear that the story won't respect her and she'll basically be there to be protected and romanced by the Inquisitor.

Ah, okay. I can see where that anxiety comes from since the writer doesn't have any other big characters to reference. Hopefully you like Josephine enough that when you see Sylvia as a writer of companions you don't feel it anymore. ![]()

Personally, I'm fine with having a mod-proof engine.
To be honest me too. I kinda ruined both my Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2 games due to the masses of mods I installed that kinda broke the game for me.

I only used the mods more recently, about 3 years ago, after I realized not all mods were bad. So my first few playthroughs were mod free. Ditto for most games. The only mods I ever really use are ui altering stuff, not extra content/skills/xp/gold/etc. Or in the case of Skyrim texture and lighting improvements.

The only mod I ended up using was a custom face mesh so that my warden was more .... palatable. I don't know what it is about the Origins face models, particularly the male ones, but I found them very off-putting.
Still, you'd think it would behoove Bioware to pick an engine that could squeeze some extra life out of the game. People are still modding Half Life 2 and Morrowind, and those games have been out for ages. I even revisit Neverwinter Nights once in a while.

I play on console so I can't mod. My my warden is Ugly and hawk I use as my profile pick took three play throughs and 10 hours of fixing to get perfect. I wish I could mod, but I know nothing on how to keep a PC up to date. I would have loved the armor style mods for DA2, but there is just something that feels right when you make the perfect face without outside help.

I wonder if we can change Josie from good girl to bad girl like with Leilana?
My guess is that if a "Hardening" dynamic exists, it only exists for playable party members. I'd assume the advisors don't have enough practical clout in the game overall that "Hardening" them would make a substantial gameplay difference.
But we'll see, I suppose.

For some easter eggs, I want to see a twerk cypher between Josephine, Leliana, Cassandra, Sera, Vivienne and Morrigan
That be fun and entertaining to watch.

Morrigan does not twerk. She prefers the pole:

Sorry if these are more reposts but I just couldn't bring myself to pass them up and risk leaving them unshared.
Edit: I'm noticing a lot of fan art has Josephine with brown eyes I wonder why, her greenish eyes are absolutely breath taking no need to change them. Or have they been changed in game? Ancestors I hope not!

That's it ! After watching that Morrigan video, I want a strip teasing scene as part of Josephine's romance arc.
Scene :- The Inquisition table with treaty papers strewn on it and decorated with candles. The Inquisitor is shackled to the wall or on a chair. There is sensual Antivan music playing in the background. Josephine then dances to the music and strips out of her clothes using her quill.

If there is no scene like this, not romancing Josephine. ![]()

The ones with brown eyes were done before we got a close up of her face.

Yeah, I don't think those eyes are going anywhere. Most striking part about her appearance in my opinion.
