Hopefully since Cullen got a new one we may get one of Josephine soon. Preferably a full body one so we can see her outfit up close.

That was not what Overlord was about, It was a method of control, something the Reaper's obviously failed with considering their signal could be hacked into, Leviathans could simply will their forces to turn on each other, etc, etc.

 

They tried and failed with control, they were a stagnant force, while overwhelming strong and aggressive, they relied upon a stagnant technology basis and that's what hurt them more then anything.

 

Cerberus is the opposite of stagnant, it is evolution.

There was no sign that Overlord couldn't get hacked into either.

I actually figure it's something adorable.  Maybe she's proofing reading Varric's writing.
