I'm sorry, but has anyone posted this here from the GI videos?

To answer your question, yes it has. Though the person who linked it linked the whole screen which had the 4 concept arts while you have solely that Scribbles image.

I'd say most times,
but anyway back to our lovely Scribbles!
She looks rather...scared to put it lightly,or even surprised...Also,I wonder what that white flowing thing, that looks like hair next to her, is?
The red part looks like Cole's outfit and he has long blonde hair so it could be him.
Maybe he's hugging her, hence the look of surprise on her face.
Maybe she and Cole will get a Mother/Son relationship. Would be cute.
This!
The pen is mightier than the sword after all!
You're right, she kind of does. As in both are black skin and wear their hair in a bun, right?
If only we could get a good look at her face. If we had that I would be heading to the Disney Store to pickup Tiana to repaint. Oh, the ebay money that would bring. ![]()
Oh! Someone did a link in another thread but one of the devs said in an interview that it wasn't just the 9 companions there are also three specialists Some of whom you can romance, it's not an absolute, but it seems as though "some" implies more than one and since it has been confirmed Leliana is not an option, it seems as though Scribbles will.
Maybe she and Cole will get a Mother/Son relationship. Would be cute.
I agree. Since Rhys isn't in the party, Cole may try to find someone else to bond with like he did with Rhys and Scribbles is his choice.
Okay so I did a search and it seems no one has had this idea yet (which can't be true so I'll say it for all those too shy): she's Eleni Zinovia, the Tevinter consort trapped as a statue, last seen during Witch Hunt in the Circle of Magi.
Here's my reasoning (which I admit is flimsy and wishful): both times you talk to her she mentions her release coinciding with fires being brought to the world, and in WH she mentions a prison being broken open as the darkness is breached. That sounds a lot like the Breach in the Veil.
Other reasoning is just that devs have said that Eleni will indeed have a part to play in future DA events (said back when WH came out), plus they just look a lot alike, aside from Scribbles having hair. I imagine being a statue would make it hard for a girl to keep her hair looking good. David Gaider also mentioned that Scribbles is almost fanatically devoted to the Inquisitor, so maybe that has to do with him/her releasing Eleni from the statue with the crazy Fade-mark on his/her hand.
Sorry if her actual name was revealed somewhere else and I'm completely wrong. This idea just hit me during a DA:O play-through and I was too excited to check properly.
Hmm,

That's actually a really good theory

I posted the image comparison in the post above, so now I'll address your post.
I have to admit, it is definitely an interesting theory. And you are right, on the wiki it states:
On the BioWare forums Mike Laidlaw confirmed that Eleni Zinovia's prophecies will come to fruition in later Dragon Age games. David Gaider also confirmed that she will return, perhaps explaining her apparent disappearance from her statue.[1]
So perhaps she is reincarnated in a new form for lack of a better term, under a new name, but still is Eleni. Definitely explains why they are being so hush hush with her.
That would be really interesting.
That's an awesome theory, I hope it turns out to be the case. ![]()
But how would her romance play out then? She's been a statue for so long...it's a little weird to romance someone like that isn't it? ![]()
Her body isn't even hers, and she's old like really old.

The theory could be a bit of a stretch, but it is about one of my favorite character in DAO so I'm okay with it. It would be nice to meet Eleni in human form. She was one of the best oracles of her time. I could see being a big part of the Inquisition. The quested is, when is was freed did the curse turn her from immortality in stone back to human, or did if free the spirit from her stone body. And, if her spirit is freed does she just die, or does she seek a new body.

yes swy for late reply
its just interesting to think this xD lol im lawling at myself for this
but its very noticable

Well, in MotA we saw that people frozen as statues by magic return to their original bodies once the spell is broken.
Proposal: when she is angry she fluffs up like a ruffly bird
Will she and Dorian have an angry bird off if they get mad at each other? ![]()

Don't forget Vivienne!

But didn't DG said that the statue was empty and not that it had disappeared?

Her soul could easily return to her body if the spell is broken most likely.
@Pseudo
Okay, best fan art of [REDACTED] so far. Well done, @_psdohttp://37.media.tumb...czo1_1280.jpg …
THANKS MARY

So the question is where is her body? Shouldn't it have decayed by now? Maybe it got preserved by some magic, I could see that happen.

Huh...did Mary write Scribbles? ![]()

Her body is the statue. We've seen a few people turned to stone by Tevinter magic. The two Avvar soldiers in Awakening and the pirate crew in MotA for example.
