And when you are away on missions, have the master of stalking do it.
Inquisitor: "Hey Cole, do you have a minute?"
Cole: "Yes. What is it Inquisitor?"
Inquisitor: "I have a very important job for you."
Cole: *smiles happily* "Really? What is it? I'd love to help."
Inquisitor: "I know. What I need you to do is keep an eye on Josephine and tell me everything that happens while I'm gone."
Cole: "Are you suspecting her of something?"
Inquisitor: "No, nothing like that. It is just important that I know certain things about her."
Cole: "What kinds of things?"
Inquisitor: "Oh, you know: Likes, dislikes, those kinds of things. Can you do this?"
Cole: "Um...sure, I guess."
Inquisitor: "Good boy. Oh, and one more thing. She can't know you are there while you do this."
Two weeks later.
scene Inquisitor's office
Josephine: (enters room mad holding Cole by the back of his shirt) Inquisitor! If there is anything I hate more than poor table manners, it is poor spies.
Cole: But I....
Inquisitor: He was under my orders to stay hidden, and protect you if need be. Red Templars have been gathering on the other side of the lake these past few days.
Josephine: Lies.
Inquisitor: What do you mean?
Josephine: For the past two weeks the glass swan, goose and duck I keep on my book shelf have been moving. As if something thought they were toys.
Cole: (Blushes)
Josephine: And, as the reports state the Templars have only started gathering as of yesterday.
Inquisitor: (sweating) You know Cole? He likes to play with shiny things. Remember, just last month he almost got run out of Skyhold for putting Vivienne golden breastplate in Cassandra's room.
Cole: Hay, I was only in there because you wanted to know what she likes.
Josephine: (drops Cole) Leave.
(Cole runs away, Inquisitor turns around to walk out)
Josephine: Not you! (Grabbing the Inquisitor's arm.)
Inquisitor: What?
Josephine: Couldn't you just have asked me what I liked?
Inquisitor: Well I thought you would brush it off as a stupid question.
Josephine: I like white roses, emerald rings and Antiven glass swans. And, I would like it in that order.
Inquisitor: What do you mean in that order?
Josephine: Well, your spy broke my mother's swan. It is only fair that I be payed for my damages.
Inquisitor: Have I told you that I love you? (Kisses Josephine)
Josephine: You're not getting off that simple.
