four things I love - I love her overall exotic appearance, and how she has a few little moles here and there (or beauty spots, if you prefer).
I love her rational and shrewd intellect - her ability to reason things out and bring those of all ranks to see the merit in her advice via her ability with language and diplomacy.
I love her accent. 'nuff said. ![]()
I love her refined grace, elegance and decorum under fire - because while advising you have the right to remain fabulous. ![]()

From what i have been told i don't really have an accent. I live on the west coast of the US so i do use some of the slang terms from the west coast. My parents were born and raised in the mid western US which doesn't really have an accent associated with it (unless you go to specific city's). I once had a customer at the place where i work tell me i must be of English decent (I'm of English, Irish and a little Scottish) because i speak polite and proper.

Us Midwesterners have the "normal" american accent and what is the west coast slang?
1. There is not really a "normal" American accent. Unlike German (Hochdeutsch) or British English (RP), General American English is defined by what it does not incorporate rather than what it does. For example, non-rhotic pronunciation is regarded as abnormal and relegated to regional dialects (New York, New Orleans, Boston).
The claim that "the Midwest" is a region where the local accent is most similar to General American isn't totally right either. For one thing, there's a lot of "Midwest" to go around, some of which is home to very famous nonstandard pronunciations. The "Chicago" accent (spread more generally across the southern Great Lakes coast, and associated with something called the Northern Cities Vowel Shift) is one such, as is the "Minnesota" accent that everybody who's seen Fargo thinks they can imitate. (They are wrong.)
If there is a Midwestern American accent that includes the smallest number of pronunciations that are popularly regarded as regionally unique, it is that of southern Iowa and eastern Nebraska. That still doesn't make Iowans "accentless" or give them a "normal" accent, though.
2. West Coast slang...is kind of blurry-edged. There's a lot of regional variety; LA differs markedly from the Bay Area which differs from the Valley which differs from Seattle etc. There are also terms unique to ethnic and social groups. Probably the only commonality is the aforementioned "hella".

Your entire post is awesome and accurate, but I wanted to call that out in particular. I think the important thing to also keep in mind is that everyone who speaks has an accent. What may sound unaccented to your ears will sound accented to someone else's, since relative to them, you speak differently.
Also, yikes, sorry, I didn't check the thread all day! I'll just randomly pick three people of everyone who has expressed interest, since that's how many codes I have left:
- Rel Fexive
- Jules Trevelyan
- Hekate
The GOOD NEWS is that once these guys all get in, they may have friends & family codes to offer too, so there will be more to go around these parts? I'm really not sure, don't quote me on that. I guess we'll see soon enough ![]()
Editing to add: By the way, Scribbler Ducklings? Thank you all for being so wonderful and positive. Not everyone has to like Josephine or find her beautiful or anything, but thank you all for just being happy and excited and open-minded.

I don't think we can help but love Scribbles. We know so little about her in comparison to other characters, but at least in my opinion I can't help but be drawn to her.
