This is not a Sera thread so leave discussions from other threads out of this thread like you are supposed to. 

Also Allan has said in a few threads to not post schadenfreude posts in threads. 

 

So I ask again, please stop. I stopped when others asked me too. I would respect being given the same courtesy.

I'd rather not since Chari sometimes has good insight on things. 

 

I would be too, but then I don't see a situation where I'll get any companion mad enough to turn traitor and hopefully Bioware doesn't script deaths. Even Mass Effect 3 had ways for almost everyone to survive(the exceptions being Thane and Legion).

Dorian because they aren't classy enough, Viv because you aren't gaudy enough, and Scribbles because you spent so much of the inquisitions money on that? I don't care what the stats are it wasn't worth it

I love these two drawings!

 

Though I think they look quite different in comparison to the in game Model shown in the screen shot. Hopefully she has gone through some iterations since then, as I very much prefer the drawings.

 

Ethnically she resembles someone from Southern Asia: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc.

 

However, in the screen shot she looks like someone took a commoner model from Fereldon or Orlais and colored it brown.

 

C'mon Bioware Folks! Give us a more recent screen of her! We've been waiting patiently like good boys and girls!

It would be cool if Scribbles is the next reveal but I doubt it unfortunately. I know so little about her but I've always thought she looked pretty cool. I hope scribbles is quirky and I hope she still has that lip/labret piercing that she had in earlier concept art in the final game. It looks really cute on her.

I doubt they will reveal her before they finish the companions.

As for the piercing, from the ingame images I think no but then they are all pretty far away from her.

Hopefully we will get something from Scribbles. It's either going to be her or Leliana, since the devs are obviously going to tease out Cullen

I mean the whole "picture with a quote" and "writer interview" things. Dorian and Solas have yet to receive those. 

 

And hopefully Scribbles is first. But then like I said part of me wants Cullen and Leliana first so we can say "They saved the best for last".

They did it for Cassandra, Varric and Vivienne, who were already introduced plently. I doubt they won't do it for Dorian and Solas before the advisors.

Longtime lurker in this thread, just posting to establish that I liked Scribbles before the oncoming infodump(Which had better happen......soon).

 

Given what we know about her, she's looking like she's going to be a favorite character of mine. Loyal, intelligent and cunning. Yes please.

 

Personally, I think she'll have an Orlesian accent. Granted, this means that two of our three advisers will be women with Orlesian accents, but from my point of veiw, this isn't a bad thing.

They seem to be doing about 1 character a week in the format: brief intro and several pics on mon/tue and then interview with writer on wed/thur. So we'll probably have to wait until next week for the next snippet of information. Also, sadly, they appear to be doing all companions first, so we've got Dorian and Solas still to go before we, hopefully, get to see info on the advisors. I see Scribbles being the first advisor released since we know the least about her. It is, of course, also possible they go from companions to major npcs (Celine, Gaspard, important Templar/Seeker, Mage, etc) and then finally to our favorite unnamed character. Although I'm hoping it's straight to Scribbles after Solas

I'm pretty free so here's how I think Scribbles might be (aka what I'd love for her to be):

*She might actually be one of the younger followers.

1- She'll be quite serious, but will also maintain somewhat of a cheerful attitude with a dash of humor. 

2- She'll be quite loyal to the inquisition and inquisitor, as such she'll find it difficult to express her disagreement with the inquisitor even though she won't hesitate to offer her opinions regarding certain choices. She will however be generally objective when asked for advice. 

3- She isn't the type who gets angry quickly, if something annoys her or she dislikes someone she will keep it to herself and will tend to give them the go by, only showing her concern a couple of times when she feels its needed.

4- She may have come from a poor home but she became a successful person, and strives for prosperity, to the inquisition and herself and does a damn good job at that too- she knows it.

5- She'll be somewhat stubborn, she appears to not accept criticism but in her heart and mind she's always judging her every action and mistake inorder to not repeat them.

6- She could potentially be a shoulder to cry on, she's mature and knows how to deal with problems, while she will not open herself up easily, but she likes it when people open up to her and she makes sure she makes the best of it.

That's all I can think of now XD

Yeah it seems they might have gotten rid of the piercing. I liked it though it made her look more Rivain-ish and it matched the rest of her gold jewelry and outfit.

If she is Rivaini, they may have done it to make her appearance more different than Isabela's, who also had one.

To tell ya the truth..is scribbles is not possible as LI then her importance in game is going to be...a keep manager at best. Smth like that..coz u choose how to upgrade the Keep/castle and options Cullen , Leliana , and scribbles. So just having her as manager for mage upgrade...would be waste. And dont bring leliana into it , she has her own story from all before games...hell Cullen could also be skiped as LI for simialr reason but that would cause rage from female gamers

 

I rly hope these "advisors" gets future DLC where they become playable...if we ask nicely.
