Yeah, I kind of thought he was bi and Solas gay but I was mistaken. Oh well.
I thought the same thing with Cassandra and Sera.

I have a strong feeling that she will be the female NPC LI. If so, once her name is announced and we learn about her personality, expect this thread to blow up. At this point, she's a minor character without a name, so it's unsurprising that she has just a small, but dedicated, fanbase.

Somehow I don't see them making any more female-exclusive female LIs. In total there are only four available women in Inquisition, since Leliana is out. Sera is already female-only so that leaves three. Doesn't leave a lot of room for the remaining gate options, so I don't think they'd use the lesbian one twice. If all remaining 3 are romanceable, I can see maybe... one being race gated but bi, one being no gate bi, and one being straight only.
And since I've already stated the model I think they'll use, might as well fill in who I think they'd be.
Vivienne = Human Only Bisexual
Scribbles = All Race Bisexual
Cassandra = All Race Heterosexual
Or you two could just put each other on ignore. That's an option.
Anyway if Cole does stab Scribbles I'll be pretty pissed. I like making money more than I like spying for info or having soldiers to boss around. I'll have to whap him in the face with a newspaper and tell him "Bad Cole. No stab."
If Cole stabs Scribbles I'M NOT RECRUITING HIM. HAH.

To those who are not pure enough, she appears mute because they are not worthy of hearing her voice.
...Is this why we do not know her name? Because we are not pure enough to hear it?
PERHAPS SHE HAS BEEN TRYING TO TELL US HER NAME ALL ALONG.
I AM UNWORTHY.
Are people seriously only gonna call scribe girl [REDACTED] from now on?
Quick someone change the topic name!

Yeah, if she is confirmed an LI especially but even the name and blurb will probably attract more people since then they have something to discuss.

I'm thinking something similar, but I think Vivienne will be available to at least 2 races since I don't see them doing a LI with only one race. So maybe Dwarf and Human or something. Or she'll be like Scribbles and just a non-restricted bi LI.

I think so as well.
And I just dropped in to say hi, and to also say that as a Cullen fan, I would happily wait for any real news on him, to know this lady's name!
I'm fascinated by the fact that they've made a point to say so very little about her. ![]()

I just drop in and out every other day.
I wonder what Scribbles will be like? Sweet and girly, but strong?

She looks very feminine, which is refreshing.
I hope we get her release soon, but it'll probably be after Solas -> Cullen -> and then either her or Leliana.

I have written a small Essay about the reasons in another Thread, but i think, she will be something of a "Girl next Door" Type. Previous Dragon Age games always had one (as Love interests even) in Leliana and Merrill, but so far, we can't extrapolate one, at least for the straight Males. Thus, I think if she's available as a love Interest, she will be one of the sweeter Characters in opposition to the very headstrong and demanding other females.
I'm starting to think that Scribbles and Vivienne's looks are based off of Jessye Norman.

Nice job! I agree with most of it, except Cole, I don't think he'll be to be romanced.
I especially agree with the Scribbles having a more "Betty" personality.
It was linked earlier, but still one o my favorite so far so thanks for posting it again. ![]()

Hello. ![]()
Yeah, at this point I'm thinking there has to be a reason she is being kept so hush hush by Bioware. She was the only character that wasn't given a brief bio in the survey, and the only character never mentioned in any interview other than a vague reference of us having a "political pillar".
I don't know. I'm not really seeing her as much of a "Betty". The things that we know about her:
* She fanatically devoted to the Inquisition
* She can bring Kings to their knees with her quill
* She's the one most likely to use the "That's Mahagony!" line in the war room sketch
Sounds to me like she's going to be a strong personality. I don't get "sweet" or "girl-next-door" from her at all. Her looks are sweet and girl-next-door, but the little bits of information that we have about her personality aren't. I suspect that she is going to be ostentatious and devious.
What's the 'Betty' thing from? I take it from context that it's a 'girl-next-door' type but I've never heard that used before.
I can see her freaking out on my Inquisitor a lot.
My Inquisitor likes to prop her feet up while relaxin' at the war table.
Scribbles ain't gonna have that.

That sounds soo awesome!! "She can bring Kings to their knees"
If she's a powerhouse within the Inquisition that would be so awesome
The idea of a "Betty" personality is that she's more devoted to romance, rather than sex. Not so self-absorbed. That's just speculation. I really don't know much about her

I can see fastidious, not so much devious.

I think it would be cool if they did a combination of both. She appears to be the girl next door, bookworm type but on the other hand she is not someone you'd take lightly. To use a Mass Effect example, Tali'Zorah vas Normandy. She has the personality of the former down but when she needs to she becomes a force to be reckoned with like the latter.
