Just out of curiosity, what would ruin the romance for you?
Off the top of my head, if she and someone else, especially someone I like, get together if neither are romanced. I'd want them to be together, but thus ruin the romance arcs for one or both of them for me.

Yeah, the same thing happened in Mass Effect with Garrus and Tali, who were my favorite LIs of each gender. They were so cute together, I couldn't romance them again after that.

Lol yeah, I actually liked alot the josephine's clothes- like the other dude said its almost look like a princess. the shoes etc
I wonder the devs creating every texture, every piece of her? Because I'm so lazy, I was downloaded Unity to make some little
2D games and I gave up after an half hour...
Hum that spoiler was a turn off for romancing Josephine with my first Inquisitor actually. It looks too cute for my carta dwarf lol I am starting to think Sera is maybe the best option at the moment.

Well you know now whenever you feel like wanting a cute and adorable romance who to turn to 
I think I finally have the list of Inquisitors and LIs I'll do. I know I use Human twice, but the nonmage and mage paths are about as different as the other races so count as separate for me.
First:
Human Male Nonmage: Josephine
Human Male Mage: Cassandra
And in no particular order after that:
Female Dwarf: Iron Bull
Female Elf: Solas
Female Human Mage: Cullen
Female Human Nonmage: Sera
Female Qunari: Blackwall
Male Qunari: Dorian
Male Dwarf/Male Elf: n/a

I don't get many games, so when I do I play them a lot.
We're the same with our Josephine character. 
Most likely the Josephine one, maybe the Cassandra one. Though it really depends on how graphic certain things are.
I'm currently doing
Male Elven Mage- Cass
Female Trevelyan Rogue- Josie
Female Qunari Warrior- Sera
After that, will probably re-run Male Elven Mage to get my canon playthrough once I know where everything is and most of the DLC is out.
And she has suddenly become my third romance. My female qunari mage is going to be perfect for that style romance arc.
I ''only'' have 3 playthroughs planned as of yet.
Male Human Rogue - Josie
Female Elf Mage - Sera
Male Qunari Warrior- Cass
My first inquistor, Navilia Trevelyan is a human rogue(archer) she will romance either Cullen or Josephine, both are too cool to decide between atm!
After that my dalish mage whom would romance Solas.

I'm going to romance her first with a Qunari Inquisitor, because something about that particular pairing strikes me as adorable.
I think it's because Qunari tend to look intimidating and imposing naturally, so pairing them with the always sweet Josie makes for a nice contrast.
My first Inquisitor will be romancing Josephine (I still call her Scribbles more). He will be a Rogue Archer, likely assassin or tempest.
Should the daggers my Inquisitor who'll romance Josephine wield be named "Diplomatic Solution" and "Aggressive Negotiations"?
