I hope we meet some Orlesian Assassins, Josie might comment on. I remember somwhere that there is one group of assassins in Orlais just as good as the Crows if not better, but a much smaller number who are much more picky on who they target.

I seriously doubt they'll ever do any additional content for classes, which is pretty much what this would call for. One of the reasons I dropped away from the game, they seemed to have focused on big MP type stuff, and only added a little, generic story.

1- The Forged Alliance quest line is spectacular and I'm ecstatic  the expansion will continue it.

2- The new expansion will feature a side quest each specific to the class.

But honestly though, they've been adding engaging story quests for quite some time. Lack of full same sex romance shouldn't dismiss that.

But honestly though, they've been adding engaging story quests for quite some time. Lack of full same sex romance shouldn't dismiss that. 

 

And from the sounds of it, they're planning on doing more frequent story updates - possibly including more class story stuff.

 

So I'm really starting to like Josie now. Think I might make her my LI on my first run.

Alright thank you. It just seemed like an odd concept to my poor ignorant mind.

It's actually crazy how easily I tan. I have a natural dark olive skin tone (like Josie, pretty much) and I spent two days at a water park and I had tanned like a good 5 shades darker. It was crazy.

 

People with dark skin are just as prone as people with light skin to tans and even sun burns. The myth that darker people burn less fast is sadly a persistent one.

Josephine seems like a very interesting character, and I love her voice acting.

For my playthrough I would very likely romance her...

But there is one thing about her face that has bothered me for a while now, the eyes seem quite nice for some angles and then from other angles they just look.. odd.

Particularly zoomed out a bit and from the front.

 

So I've been wondering what that is for a while, and rewatched some videos a quite few times.

Now I think I have it, it looks like her eyes are twisted inwards.

I mean the closer to her nose, the more her eyes (and the rest of her face) seems to be "pushed inward".

The makes her.. well frankly... ugly, from certain angles.

 

Lastly her design seems to be inspired by a hindu/indian style, which have to most beautiful dark eyes ever.

I really don't think the current design does her justice.

 

Sorry for being a bit negative here, I loved all DA games (even DA2 ) and I am really looking forward to this one.

I just felt I needed say this since I think she could look so much better.

I mostly quit not long after the Makeb expansion, which was extremely generic for each faction, because it became clear that the next additions were going to be MP space combat, short special events, and big end game group instances (I tend to solo or play with one other person). On Makeb you never talked to your companions or had contact with anyone specific to your class. Remember, I was referring to someone else mentioning a wish for specific romance content which I think would need specific class content (at least if the LI will end up as a crew member). I'm not concerned about sex or even the romance myself (though it would be nice to be able to have some conversation with a companion you married), but the companions might as well be random NPCs once you complete your class chain. And your class meant nothing on Makeb, honestly.

 

I asked at a SW cantina a while back and was left with the impression they were unlikely to bother with much class specific content again, if any. I'm glad to hear it if they're adding some good story (but it would mean grinding through Makeb on every character which was only fun the first couple of times) to be able to play the newer quests I assume. My only gaming friends who are still actively playing the game are those who mostly power level and then play the 8+ player content. I may peek back in, but my impression from them (which may be distorted by their own preferences) was that the newer quests weren't really solo content. Don't get me wrong, I loved the game (I got at least one PC of each class to 50 and at least 6 to 55). But I loved the story and separate class interactions of the original release, and I kind of feel like having the decision of who to side with at the end of the Imperial agent story, for instance, to then vanish into irrelevance would be a bit like discovering that it didn't matter what you chose at the Landsmeet, somehow Alistair and Anora end up married and ruling together (just to bring the conversation back to DA ).

Disagree. They need time if they want to do it right; something on par with the current companion romance system, in addition there are priorities in the game that needed fixing and attention, and things that still do. For now they're starting to un-lack it with SG flirt, so it's only a matter of time before full SGRs are implemented. That is all.

Same Sex Flirts came with the first expansion, naturally, and just kept getting added throughout bounty events, the new storyline and new expansion..

Also again PRIORITIES , the game had major faults when it released and started lacking vital late game content, that in addition to myriads of bugs.. optimizations (Illum, ugh).. class balance.. It went F2P for a reason. They've only just started making serious profits last year, so cut them some slack.

Anyway whatever, this isn't the place to discuss this.
