Maybe a 'weakling' in a fight, but that's a pretty narrow definition, IMO. She's already been suggested to be pretty damned formidable when it comes to politics. I also like the idea that she's not necessarily from any of the classes because it makes sense that not every member of the inquisition is a combatant. Why would the political advisor (if that is what her role actually is) have to have seen combat?

I feel like they just might do a big info dump with the advisors and release cullen, leliana, scribbles info on the same day. But I wonder if they're each going to get their own quote+picture and interview or something more slimmed down
I hope they each get an interview. Not just for Scribbles, but I'd love to hear what the writers have to say about Cullen and Leliana as well.

It wouldn't surprise me if a mage wasn't represented among the advisers. The Inquisition is already formed prior to the cataclysm with the protagonist (as it's the Inquisition uniform that's seen at the end of Dragon Age II being worn by Leliana and the other soldiers outside the Hawke estate), and it seems to be comprised of Chantry members, given the presence of Cullen and Leliana as the other two advisers.

With all this pent up suspense I am expecting her name to be awesome or bring forth some crazy revelation. Though knowing my luck it'll probably be something like "Karen" and I'll be like :/

Yup and I can already tell you that you probably won't be a Scribbles fan anymore if she really is gonna be like Cercei. So I'm hoping she won't turn out like that

The poster earlier was talking about Melisandre because of her fanatical devotion to the inquisition. It might be a stretch though, even if I do think that Scribe Girl is going to be way less sweet than people seem to think. I'm not sure if she'll be as fanatical as Melisandre though.
Definitely not Missandei, who I don't see any similarities to.

I think I read Rivain is partly based on Spain. So to me she has like a Spanish/Moor/Arabic look. And for some reason she looks a little Ethiopian or Madagscar-ian (not sure if that's the proper word lol) to me too.
I got that impression too. It's the Jewelry.
Gives her a South Asian appearance.

Esmeralda is a popular Hispanic name. It's initially off putting for this character but then I think about Nicknaming her Esme and I love it!
