I'm pretty sure she's a really strong politician, what if her side plot is another politician trying to assassinate her and my Inquisitor will be her guardian angel and will shield her from all harm.
I suggested something similar yesterday, actually. 
Hope you don't mind me swapping it for a slightly larger version - I had to shrink it down for tumblr, but I think it loses some details I was rather fond of.

From this image, I'd say no. But she doesn't have her earrings either so either they decided against the jewelry or haven't added it yet and will while polishing, like they did quivers.

the lip piercing is in some of the early concept art. I hope it stays in the final game though
Yeah, I can't seem to find it again but there was one piece of concept art I saw that had the labret. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't wear jewellery in game. I love it though, so even if it isn't present on her in game model I'm going to be visualising it on her.

I can see why they would remove it since it and the earrings were very similar to Isabela so they want to give a unique appearance to Scribbles.

No. That is the closest image we have of her. Every scene she is in is a group shot and she is always in the far part making details difficult.
