Polyamory need not mean Cassandra is interested in Scribbles. It only needs for Cassandra and Josephine to be understanding that my Cadash loves both dearly.

Think of it like a Venn Diagram. On each end stands Cassandra and Josephine. In the middle is my Cadash, the shared element between Cass and Scribbles.

Hmm... I don't know. As a libertarian, I wouldn't make a law against polymary, but I've always seen it as a bit exploitive.

Certain body parts ? You mean the body parts that 3.5 billion+ people possess which makes them rather common and should not be ashamed of showing in the presence of their romantic partner for the purposes of intimacy ?

I fail to see the train of thought that goes into "I get disappointed if I see a certain body part so it should not be part of a love scene". It is not an alien body part, it is just the body parts that humans and mammals have.

So I really cannot comprehend why someone would be disappointed if these body parts are shown. These body parts are on other people in Thedas and in the real world. They are on Josephine and they are on Cassandra. These body parts are part of them. To say that you will be disappointed in seeing her body parts and not romance her implies that your Inquisitor is not attracted to her.

Love is a combination of the physical and the mental. You have to like how they look and their personality as well. That goes for parts on their bodies as well, it is part of how someone looks.

A scene like Liara's adds to the mystery and excitement. People who like that route see it as more artistic and intimate in my experience.

I get that but Kallen stated that he would be disappointed to the point of not romancing Josie if there was nudity in her scenes like Cassandra. That's the thing that strikes me as weird.

The Liara scene implies that you can see her body. The picture with Cassandra was obvious. I find it weird that a lack of implicit-ness would stop someone from romancing a character.

Not bad, not wrong, just weird and odd.

It works for many cultures and people but may seem extremely bizarre by a culture or society that does not practice nor enforce it. In a general sense all humans are polyamorous animals anyway

That is true. However, it seems that as we advance, the fractures appear more and more.

I understand. I can't say why he or she feels that way in that case. (shrugs)

As long as the peoples involved in the relationship are of legally adults and mutually consent, then I see no problem with them being in a polygamous relationship.

If people want to do it, if they consent to do it then it is not my business to interfere or to impose judgement.

Anyway, back to Josephine...I wander what will she talk about a lot ? Trade ? Nobles ? Political viewpoints ?

Do we know yet which ones?

I disagree. You don't have to like how someone looks to love someone. Garrus wasn't attractive by any means and yet people love him.

As for my issue with it, as I said in the thread about this it is too personal to share on the Internet and I wouldn't be able to even if I tried.

She seems to really like the sea, considering that in her author interview its mentioned that she misses the view she has of it from her room in Antiva City. Also based off of talking with Leliana she has a fun-loving side as well.

Standard disclaimer: gonna give my two cents on this issue, as a fan of BioWare games. Don't take this to confirm or deny anything, just as an opinion on sex and intimacy in video game relationships.

It's worth pointing out, for everyone, that people have varying needs in relationships, and some people are more sexual than others. Sex is a part of many relationships, but since sexuality is a spectrum, not everyone prioritizes it. So, maybe, for people on the more ace end of the spectrum, it can be frustrating that love interests at least up to now have all had this aspect of like ... you lock in the romance by having sex, thus implying that sex is a necessary aspect of relationships, or at least validates them. Maybe, for that reason, even more gratuitous depictions of sex/nudity would make people uncomfortable? Food for thought.

Very personally, though I am allosexual (means: on the "I like sex" end of the spectrum), I actually prefer implied intimacy in games. With Garrus, for instance, it was very clear that he and Shepard were together and presumably having sex (since that is the way the relationship started, though it's also easy to headcanon that maybe they decided the sex was too biologically difficult and prefer kissing and cuddling as a way of expressing intimacy). Even though we never saw them in bed together, they were still obviously intimate, and those subtle cues felt more realistic and meaningful than a full-blown sex scene or people walking around in their panties. Which isn't to say that people can't dig those or that they shouldn't exist, just that they shouldn't be the law in BW games. I think there's more room for nuance than just "they had sex, and now they're a couple." I'll carry Isabela into bed, because that makes sense for her, but I'm cool if all I see of Garrus is him putting his hand on mine and asking if I want company tonight. It's just as real.

What was the article about?

It was about Bioware's take on sexuality and sex. Nothing in detail about what's in Inquisition but it's an interesting enough article.

Spoilers for some of Dorian's story tho, here's the link: http://www.pcgamer.c...ex-and-bioware/

I'm sorry :(

But I actually love this direction in Bioware games. I always hated that your companions lives would be super static if you weren't directly involved in their lives.

I'm not going to debate with you, All I was trying to say Video Game Industry become more censorship in every day, even the movies- Thanks

to stupid governments and their useless "child protection" laws. Games meant to be fun by all means, Story,Sex,Romance,Violence,War etc

Thats what I'm defending.

I understand some people dont want to see full nudity in games (since they mostly religious and dont even want to see open legs) and yet,

I still showing respect to them since they are human, like all of us. But I will never accept their force/pressure against ALL mature themes

in games. There has to be a limit between these two Okay I agree that, but that limit keep forcing by weird people since very long time.

I just want to play a good game with unforgettable experience where no censor, no fade outs, no cut/edits by law hands.

I like sex in video games, I like deep romances and that doesnt makes me "pervert" or something- just saying. Thats why I said

"everyone have their own tastes"

In short terms: I hate censor in video games. I like open romance scenes. Also sorry for my horrible english

I hope you understand me correctly.

Regards
