I would, but I don't have Twitter.
I try to, but they probably don't even see my tweets, or are laughing at how desperate I appear to be ;-;

How do you ask?
I got a clever plan. We get as many people to tweet the devs as possible asking for a single bit of info of Scribbles. That way it will be more likely they will see and respond. More power in numbers. (I'm kidding by the way).
In all seriousness have they answered a tweet regarding Scribbles yet, just don't want to answer yet or have they just not gotten any?
Maybe a 'weakling' in a fight, but that's a pretty narrow definition, IMO. She's already been suggested to be pretty damned formidable when it comes to politics. I also like the idea that she's not necessarily from any of the classes because it makes sense that not every member of the inquisition is a combatant. Why would the political advisor (if that is what her role actually is) have to have seen combat?
It wouldn't surprise me if a mage wasn't represented among the advisers. The Inquisition is already formed prior to the cataclysm with the protagonist (as it's the Inquisition uniform that's seen at the end of Dragon Age II being worn by Leliana and the other soldiers outside the Hawke estate), and it seems to be comprised of Chantry members, given the presence of Cullen and Leliana as the other two advisers.

The only times Bioware devs have said anything about Scribbles was 3 times. Two were saying fanart was accurate and the third was more a general reply on character nicknames in general. The most we ever got was in one of the fanart compliments Mary and Patrick had a funny dialogue about her but were obviously joking so we can't fully take what they said as facts.
Is anything at all known about this character yet beyond her adviser status?

Not a thing.

I beg.
I beg.
I meant more like how said post would go? You can PM it if too embarrassing, but you have me curious. ![]()

It's not embarrassing at all really, I think XD
I'm too lazy to search for the tweet but I usually just mention as many writers+dragon age as I can and tell them that I'd do anything to know Scribbles's name etc. etc. ![]()
Not a thing.
That's not really true, Sasha. We know several things about her. Granted, it's not much. But it's certainly more than "not a thing". I'd be bold enough to say that what we know is at least a thing.

Ah, okay.

That is true.
We know she is a girl.
We know she has dark skin.
We know she has at least one outfit.
We know she can join the Inquisition.

And we know that she's fanatically devoted to the inquisition. And we know that she's the "That's Mahogany!" gal in the stabby war room scene. And we know that she is brutally (or a similar adjective) efficient. And we know that she can cause "Kings to tremble" with her quill. To be honest, until yesterday, that was more than we knew about Solas and he's a companion.

As I said, those things were tweeted by devs who could just be having fun, so I wouldn't say we 'know' those yet.
We think we know them, but that isn't the same as actually knowing them. You know?
I wonder if scribbles will be the kind of samantha traynor of the inquisition (documenting and storing letters and documents for the inquisitor to take care of, kind of like the person that sorts through that stuff and is kind of like the primary mission giver.)
*edit*
Also given her clothing would she be Antivan, rivaini, or Nevarran?
I'm hoping she'll be Antivan, but her clothes look Rivaini to me.
I doubt she'll be our Traynor or secratary. If she's not just as important an Advisor as Cullen or Leliana I'll be pissed.
Btw, they'll probably release info on her soon, right? She's the only member of the Inquisition we don't have a name for yet. If they don't show her by the end of next week I'll be genuinely surprised.
I'm hoping Rivaini cause I'm not a huge fan of antivan accents...

I could see her serving as the Traynor/Kelly character as well as our political/economic adviser. Since she handles shipments, that includes mail and thus requests from people for help. Especially if she can't fight like Cullen and Leliana since it gives her equal content.
As for her nation of origin, I'm hoping Antiva since we've never had a person's perspective of that country who wasn't with the crows, let alone a woman's.
Do you guys think they will have interviews for the advisors like they did for the companions?
Probably. They're supposed to be equally important and even have scenes with just them and no companions.
I hope so. And I hope she's the first (kinda doubt it though, knowing Bioware XD). We already had two games with Leli and Cullen while we don't even know the scribe girl's name yet.
Do you guys think they will have interviews for the advisors like they did for the companions?
I'm hoping. They did ask earlier if fans would be interested in that.
I do at least expect the character blurb on the website. They are just as important if not more so than Morrigan and she has one.
I like to imagine she is a non-combatant/mundane. I also like to imagine that Leliana once tried to give her a dagger to wear just in case, but scribbles just left it on her desk as a fancy letter opener. alternately, she uses it to clean under her fingernails.
Honestly, if the advisers do get an interview I'd say I want Scribbles first!
She looks cute and I'm interested in learning about her.
