Now I can't stop saying "Josephine do the thing!" when setting up War Table missions.
Oh, I've been doing that for weeks now. Doesn't help my Inquisitor is a Human Noble Artificier like Varrick is. ![]()
Now I'm tempted to have the last part of the thread title to be something like "Josie, do the thing!" ![]()
Yes! Well. That was one of them.
The other one was "Ships launch on changing winds. Dizzy sometimes, like the top of the stairs, but sometimes like dancing."
I meant to put that one as well.
When does it rain in Val Royeaux? I've only been gone for 1-2 days what did I miss?
I think it starts raining somewhere while doing the Warden arc, since I went there after finding Stroud and it was raining.

Josie looks good in anything
Especially a wedding dress.
Does anyone want to meet more of her family? I love how family oriented her story is.

I seriously want the extension of her romance if they do extensions for LI arcs in a post-story DLC to involve a wedding. Despite wanting marriage as an option for LIs, it fits her romance arc especially well.
I would like to meet her family.

What is wrong about having a doll collection? I would pay for a Josephine doll in a heart beat. (Bioware I have an idea for you next product for Christmas season 2015)

because she still plays with it when no one is looking and she is embarrassed by it
Yes getting caught talking to yourself is embarrassing, but out of all the hobbies I can think of this one is psychologically healthy and not creepy. She has to put up with a lot of people and the dolls are a medium to vet out frustration. People still use dolls in child psychology for that reason.

Now I have a reason to pull out my yellow and blue WWJD bracelets I got at Bible camp. I am glad to know those bracelets are good for more than just getting into the dinning hall.

Plus, if you stop and think about it, aren't all gamers basically playing with dolls anyway?

I recently finished my first Inquisition playthrough with Josephine as my romance so I've come here to gush about her! I was so looking forward to this romance and was pretty sure it would be my favorite before the game came out and I'm so happy that it lived up to my expectations in every way. It is not often that that happens. Josephine was just perfect for my Inquisitor and is what I've been looking for a Bioware romance for a long time. She's kind and always wants to solve things without violence and I also love how clearly competent and skilled she is at what she does. I My Inquisitor (
) was smitten when I first saw her dealing so well with that snooty noble back in Haven.
The romance itself was supersweet, which I love. It was cute how your flirting goes over her head at first and I like how the romance progressed nice and slowly. The cuddle on the couch thing was the best thing ever. This is one of the few Bioware romances that I felt managed to actually convey a lot of intimacy. The only thing that I didn't really like was the duel, because I like playing characters that avoid violence as much as possible (and that seemed especially silly in Josephine's romance because she prefers that too) and really Josephine should get a say in who she marries and not have people fight over her. It felt like you should have been able to take a longer, more diplomatic route like in her loyalty quest...that or declare your love publicly with poetry or something cheesy like that.
Ultimately, I still adored her romance, though, and the couch scene after the duel totally makes up for it.
Cute Josephine romance screenshots under the spoiler tag for those who are interested:
