Anyone excited?

is there going to be an interview with the Lelianas writer? Did the advisors get the same sort of writing budget as companions?
I think so? And yes.
So Scribbles will have as much dialogue and stuff as companions apparently.
This was already obvious a while ago. Greg Ellis (Cullen's VA) has done 5 recording sessions of 4 hours each.
Companion VA's have the same amount of sessions.

Yea, some people just keep thinking that the advisors are gonna have less dialogue than companions

Somehow I can't blame them since so far we haven't seen anything regarding the advisors. All we have are the experiences from Cortez and Samantha from ME 3.
But yeah.
I'm curious to see what kind of interactions we will be getting with our advisors and how they separate themselves from those we got in ME 3. What's great about Bioware is that its always working to improve its games by expanding and fleshing out the features of their latest projects so I'm feeling pretty hopeful.
Scribbles looks adorable even with what little we know about her character and I'm sure the ladies will(hopefully) enjoy Cullenli- I mean Cullen...Got to stop doing that buts it so easy considering how much I hate him!
Scribbles is basically my last hope for a decent Love Interest, so i really hope whatever they reveal isnt a massive disappointment.

That is unfortunate. Always good to have more than one thing to hang your hat on.
That is unfortunate.
You're telling me?
Her haircut horrifies me in ways you can't possibly imagine
Her hair is perfection
The romance options for male players/characters has been a really odd thing on the forums. Many dudes were hoping Sera would be an option and were vocally pissed off when they found out she played on the other side of the field and while Cassandra and(maybe) Vivienne are still possible options a lot of folks were quick to dismiss them which is unfair considering they haven't even played the game yet and their judgments are based off pure speculations. Hell a couple of people weren't interested in Cassandra because she wasn't the eye candy they were hoping for and I cant see what is so awful about her design. Hell some were raging at the possibility of her being Bi which shouldn't be a big deal considering that mean that both sides have a shot at her.
I spotted a thread on romance options for none-chantry folks which gives you and idea on some of the attitudes towards the options.
I like Cassandra and Scribbles should be fun and maybe just maybe Vivienne will work her way into my heart enough that I might try my luck in a second play through. I understand that its all based off taste but does it really hurt too much to give it a shot?
Sorry had to vent a bit. I'm going to cool off and look at some more Scribbles fanart.
I'm going to name my firstborn after Scribbles's real name and her nickname will be Scribbles. It's already been decided, future wife better deal with it.

Truer words have never been spoken.
Oh, you didn't hear? Her name is Dorcas Shithead (real names, btw). Have fun with that!I'm going to name my firstborn after Scribbles's real name and her nickname will be Scribbles. It's already been decided, future wife better deal with it.

Guess I'll just settle for calling her Scribbles all the time.

Well, we know that Cullen will have a multi-region questline involving him and it's logical to assume that Leliana and Scribbles will get similar treatments. Other that that, we know there are scenes where the Inquisitor will discuss things solely with the advisers.

We hope anyway. I agree that it's likely each advisor will get similar treatment but I wonder if BW, mindful of the vocal support Cullen attracts have given him extra content in terms of the questline you mention.

They've said that they don't let fan support of a character influence story-related decisions.

If Cullen is given extra content, I suspect it's more likely because he's the military advisor, rather than because he has a lot of vocal fans. Devs have said on more than one occasion that they don't put something in their games just because fans ask for it. It has to make sense for the story/character.
That said, from the trailers it seems more likely that Leliana would be the one to steal the show of all the advisors, simply because of her influence from being the left hand of the Divine and a former companion of the Hero of Ferelden.
I have so much hope for Scribbles that if I am even slightly disappointed I will wage war on bioware
--Scribbles fanboys (premature) everywhere
(including myself)
Hey @HulegaardBooks, do we have any more characters to post up? I can't really think who else people would want info on. Shall we wrap up?
(I am so mean.)
It -seems-, that we need to get two more people up there. Something about a blonde guy and, it says here, "Scribbles?" I'll look into it.

It always makes me laugh so much to see the bioware devs trolling like this. I love it.
Does that make me a sadist? masochist? sadomasochist?

All three, I think. ![]()
Speaking of three, Mike Laidlaw is now the third dev to refer to Scribbles as Scribbles. I really hope this is a sign of it being a nickname in the game.

You do realize that she just has her hair up in a complicated bun, right? If she took it down, it would be pretty long judging from how high the bun is.
Nope. No excitement here. Not at all. No way no how.
Me either. ![]()

At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if they at least snuck a reference to that in the game.
