You do realize that she just has her hair up in a complicated bun, right? If she took it down, it would be pretty long judging from how high the bun is.
At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if they at least snuck a reference to that in the game.
I'd say her hair goes waist down if the bun is undone.
I hope so. As I've said, I'd love it to be her official nickname but even something like the 'Prothy the Prothean' would be neat.
So in this video: (E3 coverage, demo analysis)
it's mentioned that getting leliana tortured was a result of a choice, and there may have been another person sent instead (advisers included).
Which had me thinking. If anyone, anyone lays a hand on my Scribbles, my full-on compassionate merciful cannon inquisitor is going to turn into a killing machine.

I remember in Skyrim, your spouse could get kidnapped for ransom by mercenaries and you'd have to find them and save them. I wonder if they're gonna do a quest similar to that if you romance an advisor.

Wow, I had no idea my spouse never got kidnapped lol.
And idk it's a bit cliche', but as long as there is back story tho I'd dig it.

The romance options for male players/characters has been a really odd thing on the forums. Many dudes were hoping Sera would be an option and were vocally pissed off when they found out she played on the other side of the field and while Cassandra and(maybe) Vivienne are still possible options a lot of folks were quick to dismiss them which is unfair considering they haven't even played the game yet and their judgments are based off pure speculations. Hell a couple of people weren't interested in Cassandra because she wasn't the eye candy they were hoping for and I cant see what is so awful about her design. Hell some were raging at the possibility of her being Bi which shouldn't be a big deal considering that mean that both sides have a shot at her.
I spotted a thread on romance options for none-chantry folks which gives you and idea on some of the attitudes towards the options.
I like Cassandra and Scribbles should be fun and maybe just maybe Vivienne will work her way into my heart enough that I might try my luck in a second play through. I understand that its all based off taste but does it really hurt too much to give it a shot?
Sorry had to vent a bit. I'm going to cool off and look at some more Scribbles fanart.
you really can't blame them
they announced two gay romances first and they both are rather pretty and cool (objective perspective)
then we have cassandra who got uglier from DA:II (too many in my opinion) and Vivienne who seems too stuck up in her own Agendas

Truer words have never been spoken.
agree at least if one is straight
<Edit: Decided it wasn't worth the derail>
Onto a happier note: I'm hoping that Scribbles' name is revealed in the next few days. Poor girl.

I think they definitely can. I'd really enjoy a romance with someone who doesn't follow you into battle and has a different perspective to offer. Also I like the idea of your romance waiting for you in the Keep and dealing with other non-combat issues, waiting for your safe return. Someone to hold your back at home while you're doing the fighting and killing. I really hope that Scribbles is a romance and someone without combat-experience cause an other thing I find appealing with this kind of romance is that your LI can be someone who's never killed and who would never want to do it.
Someone who's just... normal. Someone to come home to, who's not a fighter and hasn't seen the same kind of gruesome stuff that you have.
I always found it kinda sad that we could only romance our companions. Also I don't like taking only a set team of companions with me, but when I have a LI I feel almost obligated to bring him/her along more often than everyone else so I don't miss dialogue.
My hopes for these advisor LIs are probably pretty high, I know, but if they're done well I could definitely see myself liking them even more than the companion LIs
does anyone else with this guy regarding scribbles?
I think this would be great
Yeah but its not like our only options are a Nug with a birth defect and a trailer trash brood mother with a hair curler on its head. Cassandra is cool and has a realistic design to her and while I hate that f^&&ing hat but Vivienne looks like an interesting character.

Curse this limited like system. I can't stop giggling.

Well, if the theory that Scribbles has made political enemies is true, I can see someone kidnapping her to bring back to their employer and we have to stop them. The scene can play out differently if you are in a romance or not. That'd be pretty cool, actually. ![]()

Some cliches work. I mean look at Blackwall: That guy is a walking cliche but he is a walking cliche you can't help but like. ![]()

Well, in less than 100 hours we will know it.

I'd love to see the shoe on the other foot, to be honest. I like the idea of her to coming and rescuing us from danger, with some flavor added if you're in a romance with her. ![]()

Are you sure? I'm afraid that Cullen will be next. ![]()
No offense Cullenites.

That would be really neat as well. Especially if she doesn't even need to fight your kidnappers but through words alone dissuades them from continuing.

I'm sure. Cullen will likely be tomorrow since they have the stills ready, and his interview will be on Saturday then. Tjhat leaves Scribbles for Monday, and if revealed at noon will be in 88 hours.
Excellent!

I would love if Scribbles is a true noncombatant ranther than the three classes. As this guy says, it would provide a truly unique romance for Dragon Age.

lol Probably just because the thread is so massive at this point. Back in the day there were like five of us. Plus if I'm your idea of a frothing, frenzied fangirl... I mean, I'm slouching in my computer chair at the mo' with some yoga music playing in the background and a tasty diet coke at my side. You've nothing to fear ![]()
