That said, if it is true I can see it being for reasons similar to the Inquisitor swooping in and saving her like in romantic stories, having her develop an immediate case of hero worship and a crush. She tries to show these things by being extremely loyal to you personally while the others are more loyal to the group.

Is it fair to assume that Scribbles is going to end up being the 'financial' advisor to the Inquisition?
We know there's going to be three main branches of the Inquisition: An espionage faction, Military faction, and Financial faction. We know Leliana is the espionage leader and I'd bet my money on Culen being the military leader so who thinks Scribbles is going to be the financial leader?

Yes, she is in charge of the political and economic aspect of the Inquisition. So she handles things like trade, finances, and relations with nations and groups.

I doubt they'd make a yandere LI... would be funny though, cheat on her or be a too friendly with another woman and you get a "if i can't have you, no one can" speech and then bam, Game Over screen.. the Inquisition failed and Thedas is overrun by demons, all because the Inquisitor couldn't keep it in his pants..
But yeah, Yandere may be a bit too much... wouldn't mind her being the jealous and/or clingy type though, since she's an adviser and won't be with the Inquisitor 24/7 she may start to question the Inquisitor about his relationships with the other females of the Inquisition and may even feel a little threatened by a few of the more prominent women of Thedas.. such as Celene I, if the Inquisitor gets to meet her.
The thought of Scribbles getting all bent out of shape because she's jealous...so cute~
Just imagine the reactions of the player(s) when they ****** her off and she jabs her quill into their neck while they're Inquisitor slept and a game over screen comes up what a way to troll the players and hell a man can dream cant he?
But a Scribble with a bit of a jealous streak could also be quite endearing if done right. 
Bwah, always those japanese Terms. I'm getting sick of that. I do not hope her potential Romance is in any terms describable by these obscure "dere"-Terms. Out of all the LIs, I hope Scribbles is the One, that isn't effed up and progresses somewhat healthy. For Once.
