Spoiler
It just says that House Montilyet becomes like a second home to the Inquisitor and is a place they can find peace, so it leaves it open for whether you go back to your home as well.

I think Josephine being in DA4 is really up in the air.
The way things are positioned, she could be anywhere from barely a mention, to rather central.
My current prediction until further information is that she will get a cameo. She's too DAI-y involved to be big in DA4 IMO, but she also has a secure enough place in the story and world that it wouldn't exactly burden Bioware to make her 'work'.
My feeling is that she could be included, if just to have some meaningful note of how the world is changing, and the influence of the Inquisition continues.
If a DA5 is in Antiva I've very much in support for Josephine, up to her being a friggin party member somehow.

Regarding the reason Josephine's romance content went the way it did. Her writer Sylvia tweeted the stuff below. I decoded it but since she encrypted it I'll keep it in a spoiler tag.

Sounds legit. I've only just seen the scene Sera gets and honestly, it's kinda odd, which makes it perfect for Sera. It would have seemed out of place for Josephine.
I appreciate that we can head canon what happens next, instead of getting Hawked, Blackwalled, Solased, Sheparded, Bulled, etc.

I went AWAL again because I wanted to avoid spoilers till I played the DLC.

Oh this makes sense, I actually really liked her epilogue slide oddly enough, I totally see it as a way my Inquisitor presents himself to her family and then proposes (it helps that the slide itself is very cute, does anyone have a full version of it?). I also admit, the Opera scene was rather confusing and I'm not sure I enjoyed it very much.

She makes good points, not surprising since she wrote Josephine so would know her best. Still wish we got a scene though instead of having to headcanon again, but at least she supports the headcanon and got to do the scene she always wanted.

So, I'm curious. Among Josephine romancers, who has your Inquisitor sleep with Josephine and who does not?

Honestly, when I do romance Josie, I tend to headcanon that my inquisitor is the type to take it slow. IF Romancing Sera, they love sex.

I do, but I have a vague headcanon that it happened near the endgame rather than during any of the romance scenes we saw. I like the idea of a slow build for her.

I'm torn over whether it happens sometime before that absurd duel or more or less immediately thereafter. Slowness is possible, but not really necessary, and it can be counterproductive at times.

Oh, it's not that I think slowness is objectively "better" - for Josie or anyone else - it's just a sense I got from Josephine and the particular Inquisitor I was playing.
I think it's entirely possible that they could have hooked up before duel. Nothing wrong with that.

Also, am I the only one who's still appalled at the fact that finishing Josephine's romance requires you to completely disregard her wishes on how to handle the engagement problem?

As to your first query, Xil, it didn't feel as though my f!Trevelyan and Josephine slept together until after the victory over Corypheus (when she said "May I join you?" my Quizzy was like "it's about time" -kinda like Leliana if the Warden turns her down initially) That said, just after Halamshiral is also a great moment for the romance to get physical.
As regards her unfortunate engagement, the thing that bothers me most about it, to be honest, is the timing of the whole thing should the duel be chosen (Leliana's option does rub me the wrong way, and I can't see Josephine getting over that one too easily). When did Josephine work out what the Inquisitor had gone to do? Then there's the length of the trip, which would give Josephine ample opportunity to nurse 1) anger at being ignored, 2) helplessness at her lover putting his/herself in danger, 3) anxiety at all the possible outcomes. Even a few hours to someone with that kind of dynamic emotional capacity can wreak havoc; imagine days of that emotional upheaval!

I think i took more issue at how in a lot of scenes going to the capital is treated like a nice little trip....and not weeks or months.
Like with Cole and visiting the inn.....
Unless we have access to like jetpacks or something it makes no sense.
Then again having jetpacks would also not make sense, ah well.
Personally I think that it was kinda dumb we did have to go over her head, but I found it more amusing to see a livid Antivan come out of the crowd.
Not even Cory made them do that O.O face.

I do not. My Inquisitor and Josephine are waiting until after they get married.
There's a dialogue in the Arbor Wilds that strongly implies Josie and Inky are sleeping together, at least post-duel. So that's my headcanon.
I'm glad that dialogue only occurs if you the player chooses it.
