Thanks for posting the second part, Hanako.

The questions - and answers for that matter - were so interesting! I could listen to Allegra speaking Italian for hours:wub:

I'm so excited for part 3! That cliffhanger is so mean.   <_<

You're welcome. ^_^

I wouldn't expect much of an answer. Neither of the games they are working on, Mass Effect: Andromeda and the secret IP, are in a state where they will be revealing voice actors/actresses yet. So even if she was, she can't answer on those since she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Josephine isn't the first Bioware character to get an ambiguous romance arc either. The first was Kelly Chambers in Mass Effect 2. Way back when there was a discussion about Kelly Chambers' dinner with Shepard in his/her cabin, and whether or not something more than just dinner was implied. Her writer (Dusty Everman) weighed in and basically said that both sides were right in how they interpreted it, that it was written to be intentionally ambiguous, and that whatever the player thought happened, happened.

I'm not a fan of it being left ambiguous personally, but I also don't see it as something that ruins a character's romance arc.

That's cool how Dusty Everman confirmed that.

Yeah. I always headcanoned it that way, but it's nice when the writer states that it is a perfectly valid canon interpretation.

I wanted to try something new so I didn’t use any lines and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. And it was so much fun to work on!

I'm so romancing Josie on my next playthrough. She looks so teeny and delicate next to Qunquisitors. <3

That was back in the good ol' days when devs still posted here occasionally. I think the rise of Twitter sort of killed that off.

Going with the Beauty and the Beast romance, eh? My first playthrough was that(I was playing a female Qunari).

Yeah, though sometimes some devs post here. This thread has had every member of Team Josie respond at least once.

Yep! Though I'm gonna go with a guy since my fem Adaar is off romancing Sera. Maybe headcanon them as siblings? Haha.

I figure there hasn't been a lot of dev activity because some of them are working on that new project. And for a while there was so much negativity (on the forums, not this thread in particular...) that I can't blame them for keeping their distance.

I was wondering...

Do you think Josephine likes animals? She's best friends with Leliana who adores them, but I can't help but think Josie is not fond of furry, scaly or feathery critters. I'm not sure what gives me that idea. What do you think? And if she is fond of animals, what kind of pet do you think she would have?

A pet swan, perhaps?

IIRC, swans are complete jerks (though I suppose exceptions are possible). However, I can see Josephine having a cat. Definitely more of a cat person than a dog person, I suspect.

She never once mentions a fondness for any kind of animal and, unlike Leliana, none of her war table operations deal with saving animals.

For all I know, the only animals she likes are the cooked ones. :P

Well, in the interview Allegra says Josephine enjoys adorable things, so if the animal was adorable then I see no reason why she wouldn't like them.

I like parts of this video. "Sweet, soft and silky. Her dress, and also under her dress." The rest enrages me.

Would you consider me a creep as well for having sexual thoughts about Josephine?

If you fantasized about how she feels underneath her clothes, yes.

I think I'm not following your logic. Since Blackwall never acted on any of this except to engage in mutually enjoyable flirting from afar, I'm not sure where he becomes a creep.

By his own admission, his thoughts make him sound like a dirty old bastard.

Still, the part that enraged me was the implication that Josie had those thoughts about Blackwall. NO JOSIE NO :crying:

As I said, fantasizing about how someone feels and either smells or tastes while undressed when you aren't in a sexual relationship with them is something a creep would do, regardless of whether they act on it. This is especially so when the person you are fantasizing about is in a relationship with another person.

Such thoughts really aren't unusual.  It's part of being physically attracted to someone.

I will say it's rather ungentlemanly to voice such thoughts to a third party.

If you're a creep for fantasizing about people you're not in a sexual relationship with, Hanako, then the vast, VAST majority of human beings are creeps.

With respect, I think that your opinion may be skewed by your demisexuality. Said fantasies are extremely common among the human population, to the point that the term "creep" would lose any real meaning if applied so widely.
