I wonder what she would do in Tevinter?
Well, if the Inquisitor is the protagonist again she would probably be doing what she did in Inquisition, serving as the ambassador for the Inquisition or the new organization we are building.
If the Inquisitor is not the protagonist, I can see her being a diplomat for Antiva and serves as an ally, maybe help Dorian's faction with outside support.

I hope to the goddess that the Inquisitor is not the protagonist. Either way, though, I suspect that the LI can't have a terribly important role, due to them only appearing in a minority of games... which is something that makes me fairly sure that the Inquisitor isn't the protagonist here, actually.

I hope they are, or at least a protagonist if Bioware does the dual protagonist thing.
The Mass Effect franchise had all the LIs show up to an extent.

So I just now found out that if you take your time doing Josies quest the house of repose actually makes an attempt at her life.
That was a bit of a moment, nice to get some dialouge I've never heard before though.

Is anyone else irked by the fact that Josephine's entire plot seems to tilt toward ignoring her wishes and methods? I mentioned this before with the romance quest, but even her regular personal quest gets a better result in the epilogues if you ignore her plan.

Personally I think going with her method has more positives than going Leliana's method. Plus the Epilogue is funnier with Yvette.

I thought that was a nice touch, especially since the House of Repose warned her that they were obligated to do so and we saw Leliana being a good friend and assigning protection for Josephine.

Either way, I can see her as a diplomat. It seems clear that whatever happens, the Inquisition keeps a sort of inner-circle/secret society dedicated to stopping Solas, and Josephine is a member. She could be putting her mercantile contacts, back channel contacts and such she established as the Inquisition's primary ambassador to good use.
Under the guise of the de facto head of an Antivan merchant family.

I wonder why there was no mention of Ortranto if Josephine wasn't romanced in her Epilogue. If Josie was able to get out of the arranged marriage all by her lonesome, it makes the Inquisitor's "romantic duel" an even bigger comedy of errors. A shame really, since Ortranto himself was a decent guy. If nothing else, Bioware could have gotten a nice and sweet AU short story from their potential courtship.

Alternatively, maybe Josie's parents catch wind of their daughter gallivanting about with one of these Inquisition ne'er-do-wells and decide to get her married off before she elopes or gets knocked-up or some such.

considering that without the romance to the inquisitor, there is no reason the inquisitor would care about it...

Why should it matter if the Inquisitor cares or not? It's Josephine's story either way, and her Epilogue should reflect that.

If you romance her, the engagement to Otranto is ended whether the romance continues or not thus isn't mentioned.
If you don't romance her, she never brings up the engagement to the Inquisitor so the player doesn't know so isn't mentioned.

It is part of the romance with the inquisitor. It is not mentioned at all if you do not romance her, so why should it be mentioned in epilogue?

Are you referring to the trespasser dlc? If so I will remember to do that when I play that dlc.

Yes, I'm referring to the epilogue slides in the Trespasser DLC.
