Between 10 am PST and noon PST mostly. Leliana was a little later at around 2 pm PST.

I hope people aren't too disappointed if she isn't revealed today. I really hope she is, but Gaider said she wasn't ready for revealing the other day. 

 

Fingers crossed. It's annoying to still not know the name of such a major character, particularly when we've known about her since all the way back in that leaked survey.

While he did say that, I believe the person asking was wondering why they didn't show her up close at E3 unlike Leliana and Cullen.

Around a week or so ago, but again in context they asked why Bioware hasn't shown her more than in the background in the weeks prior, so I think it may be out of context now. Especially with other Bioware devs like Mike teasing us.
