They do! Solas's thighs are pretty damn solid for a skinny elf and a squishy mage at that!
Heck, even super strong warrior Fenris's thighs weren't that built. Then again, we don't know what he would look like in the new engine. Perhaps he too would have the power-thighs.

So far the only man who has had chest hair is Varric. None of the PCs, party members, NPCs we've seen shirtless (including all Qunari) have had any O_o

It'd be great to see options for body details like this. Scars, freckles, tattoos and moles would be really great too. It kind of bothered me everybody had perfectly smooth one tone skin tones.

I think incredibly thick chest hair is kind of gross. (reference that Alec Baldwin photo on the first page. YUCK.) It kind of stops being chest hair and becomes a sweater. But I do love a little bit of chest hair, just for a bit of masculinity's sake. (I like smooth chests on men too, for the record.)
