No, the Dalish have already released one of those creatures. Her slip up is tiny compared to that.

Spoiler alert: The Veil tear was Oghren's attempt at opening a microbrewery.

you don't think being honorable is important? what do you think is, then?
I think, ultimately, that doing the right thing is more important than how it's done. My ideal angles to neutral good/chaotic good; while keeping one's word is generally a good thing because it establishes you as trustworthy and is usually less harmful than the alternative, I don't believe that one's word should constrain one from doing what's right/necessary. Hence why I still turn on Zathrian.

She's a City Elf now tho. ![]()

No, she's not Andrastian.

I'm thinkin' the Formless One is already out and about in Thedas.
Well yeah, I doubt the rebellion will spread. Especially since it would be hard for word of an elf rebellion to even get out of the Dales.
Revolutions still occur- but so what? Revolts without smart goals aren't smart revolts to back: they tend to be courting disaster from the start, with poorly defined goals and means to reach them.
Right now you are promising support to someone who has presented no plan and is taking actions counter-productive to staged goals of racial integration with no clear relationship between prolonging the civil war and improving the lot of the elves in Orlais.
We don't know her goals yet. She just left the building. She hasn't even ruled out working with Dalish Elves. In the ending she said, "And your people are my people, even if they've forgotten it. I will work with the Dalish, but only if they help all our people. Pass that to the nearest clan you meet."
It is still too early to determine what she has in mind and who will be on her team. I will listen. If there is a way to satisfy her needs, I'll fine it. I'm not going to decide on this just because a percentage of revolutions don't work. The first stage is to understand exactly what she wants and then determine if I can solve the problem. I will not rule her out with the very scarce information given. The goal is to find a solution to a defined problem which at this time i don't have all the details.

Gaspard having the throne would ultimately be terrible for the elves. Everyone knows that. Would it be right to say Celene trying to keep her throne was the right thing to do and ignore how she did it?
What would make Michel okay in your eyes? Besides him not being a Chevalier.
What will they do, release the other Forbidden One?
Dammit Hinata. You just haaaaaaddddd to say it.

As of now, I'm not sure about the situation with Celene. With Michel... having him become a soldier in my Inquisition and helping me hopefully improve the lot of the oppressed overall would help a lot.
I should remind everyone that is was in fact Michel who released Imshael. And Felessan who knowingly let him do it. Both of those two guys bear more blame for unleashing a Forbidden One on Orlais than the Dalish Clan and Keeper Thelhen.

Don't be hatin on Michel!
He's badass and amazing, and I hope we get to help him on his quest to destroy Imshael.

Clarification: My comment: "And yet revolutions still occur. I'm not sure her's will fail. We don't even know what she is really planning. If the plan has a chance, I'll help her."
I see this as a conditional statement not a promise. I would indeed want to help solve this.

I never said I was hating on him, but he did in fact release the Forbidden One. And it wasn't exactly... awfully smart of him. At least he was willing to own up to his responsibility though, unlike Felassan. And Michel can at least claim ignorance as an excuse maybe.

His new purpose in life is basically to hunt down and defeat the monster he released. Say what you want about Michel, at least he tries to clean up his own messes.
Convincing Briala to work with Celene has potential for the heartwarming reconciliation I want to see, but I'm not so sure Briala would want to work with Gaspard...
Kinda hard to reconcile murdered parents.
She really has no reason to work with Gaspard. He has no fondness for the elves and for some reason he thinks invading Ferelden is a good remedy for a troubled Empire, rather ignoring that military distraction might draw in a Nevarran invasion. If Briala wants Orlais to survive at all, Gaspard isn't the one she should back. So, it seems like the Inquisitor will have to choose between gaining Celene or Gaspard's support... likely in return for helping them crush their opposition.
Maybe the Inquisitor will have to convince Briala to work together with Celene/Gaspard to save Orlais? Even if the Inquisitor gains Orlesian armies from either contender, without the eluvians to deploy them across the country quickly, they won't be as effective.

She still has feelings for Celene though... Oh who am I kidding, I don't think there's any way this story ends without one of them dead.Kinda hard to reconcile murdered parents.

Ha ha. I was just joking around.
Well, at any rate, it wasn't like he was trying to do something foolish like make a deal with it. He did what he thought would destroy it. He is a simple soul like that, in a good way. I don't fault him for it at all. The fact that he feels guilty and makes it his new purpose in life to destroy Imshael makes me like Michel even more.
Oh, I agree. I don't expect, or want it to be easy, because that would cheapen it. But... the possibility would be nice.Kinda hard to reconcile murdered parents.
