don't roll your eyes you have no reason to jerk
Also, I have a theory that she'll be a servant in the inquisitions main keep that we occasionally interact with. And one of the dialogue options will be "you seem.....familiar"
Flemeth serving others? I don't believe it. ![]()
Flemeth is a Cat's Paw.
For what or whom? No idea, but i get the feeling she is just the unwilling tool of another entity.
Flemeth is a Cat's Paw.
I'm not familiar with that saying, is it American?
I wonder why that is. They all seem to know where she is, too. Ariane went straight to her hut to discuss Morrigan when the tome was stolen.
It makes me wonder if she is either related to their pantheon, or she is just an entity that they are extremely wary of.
Oh no, she doesn't do anything, she just occasionally appears to snark at our inquisitor and leave cryptic hintsFlemeth serving others? I don't believe it.
Maybe Flemeth has an association with the eluvians

The phrase means that she is just a tool of someone more powerful.
so the thing with Hawke and the Amulet and the Dalish was her was of reloading a save?
My Warden's still pissed about that. ![]()

That honestly scares me more. I feel like such a being would be nigh incomprehensible. Flemeth is already scary enough as is.
Umm, here's a theory. Flemeth is the first OGB. That's how she knows the ritual, that's why she can take other bodies(like an archdemon regrowing out of the nearest dark spawn)
Queen of the Dragons
Really? Why is that?
I could never judge someone based on their sexual desires lol. Especially when I share them, in Fenris's case.

Queen of the Dragons
The First Dragon. Yavana referenced the Queen of Dragons in the comics as still being asleep.

It's the formless one in my eye.
The Morning Star of this Universe, The first child of the Maker, The Former of the Veil, The Unbound Entropy of existence, the Great Overlord, The Herald of the End times.
Whatever you want to dub the entity, I feel if any being would be her "Mother" it would be that.

Old God Queen lol
Based on when she appeared in legend I liked the theory that she was the OGB of Toth, but that wouldn't really explain what Morrigan said about her not really being human.
Until TME I actually believed she was the servant of Fen'Harel. But if Fen'harel had Flemeth working for him, I'd question why he'd need someone like Felassan. My other theory was that she was his opponent in some grand chess game or something. But she also does seem to be connected to the elves, maybe she's his estranged daughter or something.
Her elven name means "woman of many years", but it's hard to say how she's perceived by the Dalish exactly, aside from a powerful and dangerous entity. Her resurrection through an elven song of In Uthenera is also interesting.
Circles within circles.
I too found it interesting that a song like that could restore her. Perhaps the words are similar to how reading the Litany could dispel blood magic. Still, it begs the question, why an elven song?

Because of the site i'd suspect.
If it was Rivaini Seer Totem or Chasind Idol i'd suspect the song or words spoken would be of them.

So, it was the place then. Sundermount, a place of enormous spiritual and magical presence...
Let me add some speculation of my own:
1. One of our followers looks to be a chevalier. Maybe it could be Ser Michel. He's not a part of the Chevalier Order proper, but he's still a chevalier. The last exchange he had with Gaspard, Gaspard told him to do something worthwhile, which meant that Ser Michel intended to find Imshael, the demon/spirit of choice. Maybe that's how we find him?
2. Related to number 1, maybe Imshael is a big bad, or a boss, or maybe Michel's loyalty mission is to find and slay him.
3. Remember that part at the end when Felassan said to Imshael "You know, fire and swords are dull, what if something bigger were coming?" And you know how there was a wordless exchange between the two and Imshael agreed to the deal, stopped possessing that mage, and flew out of her body? Well what if the 'something bigger' turned out to be the Fade Tears?
4. In relation to numbers 2 and 3, maybe the blow that Felassan suffered at the end wasn't really a killing blow but was actually the impact of Felassan being possessed by Imshael? Think about it, why would Felassan need to die? And didn't Imshael want to possess someone in the first place? Who better than Felassan, a powerful mage that was able to do an enhanced magic disruption? Maybe with Felassan's and Imshael's combined powers, they would cause the Fade Tears? And Ser Michel (the chevalier) would have his revenge in the killing of Felassan/Imshael, the Big Bads.
5. Celene and Gaspard had rings that they could use in combat to aid with reflexes and add elemental effects to weapons, like Celene's fire rings. Maybe we have a new inventory element?
Just speculating, but if any of these come true, I'll be really excited. By the way, my quick review of the book: The Masked Empire doesn't really have as good of a writing style as I would like (in short, David Gaider would still have been a better choice), but at least this guest Dragon Age writer isn't as bad as that guest Mass Effect writer *shiver*. I didn't like some characterization, b

We've always had rings in Dragon Age.
I don't think the rings actually granted any special abilities in the direct sense.
If I were to guess at in game values, Celene's fire ring is just a +5 fire dmg and the ring that both her and Gaspard posessed were rings giving +2 dexterety or something.
