Because I am an idiot that wants to learn how to OC my computer. Here are my specs:

 

GPU: EVGA 780 FTW

CPU: I5-4670K

MB: Asus Z-87 Plus

RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws X Series 8 GB (2 x 4GB)

 

I checked out the BIOS from my MB and there is a lot of unfamiliar information on there. I rather not go around tweaking the settings and causing damage to my system.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd recommend asking on a tech or enthusiast site. You're far more likely to get good info from people who know exactly what they're doing there. Somewhere like Overclockers.net or Motherboards.org.

You are right but some of those posters on those sites cannot break down the information that is easy to understand for newbies like me. Overwhelming me with too much information at once makes it harder for me.

Then ask the people on the specialist websites to break it down for you. The people here are gaming enthusiasts. They're more likely to source an answer for you from the internet and conveniently forget to credit their source. Meanwhile, you are sitting with a fried computer, threatening legal action and crying outrage against Bioware.
