I did that once. Didn't see anything particularly interesting outside of how long it takes for the books to repeat themselves (re: you can measure the "length" of the book texture file relative to the apartment space).

xbox360 didn't allow much. but now I'm playing on the PC and there's a bit more flexability. I'll look into this. (however, i'm just starting a legacy playthru and ME1. I have a long road before I get to Cit DLC.)
