And now my Shepard's torso and arms are gone.  I was trying to add casual appearances with the ME3 Coalesced bin, and somehow the torso and arms for armor are completely gone.  Is there a default setting to get everything back to normal again?  Or any other suggestions?

Did you save a backup of your coalesced file?
