Well, right now, it's certain one way or the other. She is, effectively, Schrodinger's Romantic Pursuit. We simply won't know for certain until someone plays the game far enough to confirm it.
However, while it is possible that the developers might have thrown us a bit of a curve ball, so to speak, and there's a chance that Subject Zero isn't a love intrest, I'd say there's just as good a chance that this time around, with just the backing of a fringe organization like Cerberus, as opposed to the support of the Alliance or the Council, Shepard and Co. need to make ends meet by delivering pizzas to distant planets between missions so they can keep the Normandy 2.0 running.

Miranda enjoys pineapple on her's; just another reason we shouldn't trust her.

I have read that there is indeed a love scene with Miss Chambers. But it might be misinformation, lots of fake spoilers around.
