Dude, I am confidently planning to play this game eight times. I expect I will get around to pretty much everything eventually. There will probably be one thing I just can't bring myself to do, though, plus a few I can't be bothered with. I just won't know what those are until I've played the game.
(For example, I've never killed Dog at Ostagar, or failed to get Aveline and Donnic together. And in the 'can't be bothered' pile, I've never killed Leliana and/or Wynne over the Ashes. )

I will probably not play as a warrior first.
I will probably not be a female inquisitor until after a few playthroughs
I will probably not initiate gay romance if it's possible
I will probably not rival Varric.

I probably won't play as a male Inquizzy, unless the voices are sexy.
I won't play as an evil Inquizzy.
I won't play as a human.
I won't play a Sword'nShield warrior.

Based on the information given or the way you usually play games.
I won't help the Order of Templars or the Chantry of Andraste in my first run, since it would be out of character for the background of the Inquisitor I'm envisioning; I need more information on the Dwarven and Vashoth backgrounds before knowing how I might handle them.
I probably won't play as a human, since I'm incredibly disinterested in Andrastian human culture. Cousland was my least favorite of the Origins, and I had a lot of problems with the religiously Andrastian Hawke that ruined my enjoyment of the story.
I might let the Orlesian Empire fall, if it's an option.

I won't make a male Inquisitor.
I most likely won't play anything other then a mage.
I won't play as an elf unless Bioware pretties them up a lot compared to DA:O and 2.
I probably won't pre-order. I'm weary of being stuck with a bitter or bitter sweet ending. I either want sweet, sweet and sour or clear and pure like clean cold water.

If I play it, I won't play as a male at least for a while or have any romances with females.
If I play it I will avoid everything mage/templar war related as much as possible. That's really been done to death. They should let it be that the circles are disbanded and the templars try to track down blood mages only like police handle, you know, crime.... really, it's been done to death. Just hearing that there is more of this after the joke that it was has put me off DAI almost completely.
If I play it, which after hearing there will be more templar/mage nonsense is highly unlikely, I will probably not romance anyone if the romances are as lame as DA2.
As of today, I stand even less interested in this game than I was before and that was really not much.

Oh dear god, yes to all of this. I agree with all of this. I am very on the fence. I will be lurking and reading every detail I can on this game.
No to mages after last round unless they get more skyrim like and I can be a mix of dual blades with some magic.
The story and ending will carry a lot of weight with me. As will being able to enable console. If the story gets bad reviews, I'm out. If I hear it's buggy, I'm out. If the romances are crap, I'm out. Those are deal breaker for me.
Prettier elves would be nice. Make them taller too. Dear god! If it's heavy on templar/mage stuff, I'm going to be really leaning toward out. I've had enough of that from DA2. Really. It was done so badly that nothing can make me want to revisit that mess.
And even forcing me to be a straight out mage or warrior kind of is a turn off. I'd like to have some magic and be a dual wielding rogue at the same time. Why can't I be? I could in skyrim! I want to be a dual wielding apostate!!!!

Being able to mix talents I'd imagine, like proficiency in warrior skills and magic, as opposed to playing as a pure warrior or mage.

I may, but I hated playing a Dwarf in DA:O. Like.. detested it. I only played through the two origins to get the achievements.
