Back when I thought we could visit Tevinter, I was hoping for a Connor appearance (assuming the appropriate options were made in DA:O). Also thought a re-slaved Fenris would be interesting (though I hadn't given him up myself... yet...)

I'd also be happy for previous major characters to show up, even if only for a couple seconds. An aging Loghain, or Army Commander Oghren would be cool.

I dunno, I just like cameos of any kind lol as long as they're handled better than DA:2's 'you helped Avernus. Have a randomly dropped bottle'. Though as a kind-of counter to that statememt, I like the codex entry from *insert status-position here* Dagna that we saw.

Anyone else have any cameo desires?

If Alistair makes a cameo as a king I want Anora to get a cameo, too. If she became the queen I mean.

Anders is probably the character I want to see the most since he is my favorite character from the whole series. I want to know what happened to him. He's also a very important character in the mage-templar war.

I think a majority of chars will be making a cameo. Like all of Shepard's team appeared in small side-quests in Mass Effect.

I would like to see: Shale, Nathaniel Howe, Sighrun, Oghren, Aveline, Fiona, The Architect (if we kept him alive) and Hawke (if possible)

I would love to see how Rhys and Eva are doing.  Get a little side quest with them, with fun little sassyness from Rhys...

 

From the games? I really want to see Fenris again in some way. Heck in DA2 he was my Hawks romance (and my only romance I did) and if Hawk dares to show their face better have their romance with them being clingy as ever.

 

...and maybe Tallis, or Sebastian. Mainly because they barely got anything because of being DLC and anything involving them was cut thanks to the lack of love for DA2. I wonder if they'll ever be mentioned again, or swept under the rug as forever lost potential.

As others mentioned, Anders. Most other characters are less important or even irrelevant in events of Inquisition. Anders and Varric are the most relevant, Varric is a companion which is good, and I feel like an alive Anders need a good cameo.

 

Of course I was talking about importance of a character in Inquisition, otherwise there are plenty I'd like to know what happened to them.

I'd really like to see my beloved queen, Anora, who was totally shafted in DAII, make an appearance, if crowned.

 

Also Sigrun, because I can't get enough of her.

 

Sten, as the Arishok is unlikely but something I think would be just grand. I really want to see how he has influenced his people, for the better I hope.

 

Nathanial Howe, because he's awesome.

 

Most importantly, Sebastian Vael, who would now be Lord of Starkhaven. I really want to see his part in the upcoming Mage-Templar war. I think his story is unfinished.

 

Oh, and Aveline, because it would make sense.

If Connor dies in the Redcliffe mission Arl Eamon and Isolde will have another child who will be a girl. If I remember correctly the epilogue mentions that she is named "Rowan" after the Arls sister and also turns out to be a mage.
