Never played a warrior. Not sure if I ever will though, to be honest...
What character HAVN'T you made/played yet?

Well, in my first/canon Origins playthrough, I played a City Elf that was a dual-wielding warrior, devout to the Chantry in her own weird way (kinda like Leliana I guess) and diplomatic.
Then in DA2, my first/canon playthrough was a snarky rogue with an addiction to adrenaline rushes.
So for my first run through in Inquisition I had decided I would play a mage, and until the qunari were announced I was resigned to playing an elf again since dwarves can't be mages (not that I don't like elves!). But now that I know qunari are an option I'll definitely be a qunari mage. Haven't decided on a personality yet, but I know I want to be a healer, so maybe a strict, stoic, but caring big-sisterly type.
As for other playthroughs the only origin I haven't at least gone through at this point is Human Noble. Might do that eventually. I've also never played a male Warden or Hawke. I probably will for Origins eventually because I'd like to play through Morrigan's romance.

Never played a female, or a rogue, or a non-human. Guess what I'll be playing?
(this is primarily because I've only played DAO and DA2 once each)

I've played all the origins in DAO with different combinations, but I've only completed the game with 3 female elves (2 rogues + 1 mage) and 1 female human (mage). In DA2 my Hawkes were all female, 1 was a warrior and the other 3 were different type of mages.
I might play with a female dwarf warrior later on. Like on my third playthrough or something. But I don't plan to make a male character.
First and second playthrough will be dedicated to Qunari and Elf and at least one of them will be a mage. Yes, I love mages in these games.

I've made dwarf characters but I've been unable to finish the game with them...
I guess I can't play with a dwarf. ![]()

I've never played as a Blood Mage, which I should, because playing as a Reaver Warrior was really fun. I'm looking forward to the shiny Qunari option in DAI.

A male dwarf or elf mage. Also, a bloodmage, a templar, a bard or a duelist. Feels weird now that I've sat and actually thought about it.

Origins:
- Never played anything other than a Cousland until the end. I have played through every origin and mostly stopped somewhere after Ostagar / Redcliffe attack / honoring one of the treaties. While I have tons of Couslands, I still need to finish anything other than it. Currently began a new playthrough, with a human-hating male city elf.
- Never made an arcane warrior, and that's a shame.
- Never was queen of Ferelden, only king. I simply cannot resist Zevran

- Never used stealth.
DA II:
- Never played a warrior until the end.
- Never sided fully with the templars. Moderate pro-templar at best.
- Never used stealth...this again. In TES games, I often rely on stealth (archers, one-handed, have even made a destruction+illusion stealth mage using a bow sometimes, which was my favourite playthrough), but never in DA. In a party of 4, I like direct combat far more.
- Never made a spirit healer or entropy mage. Anders or Merrill did it for me.

I've done just about all combos (although I've played all the way through with only a handful).
I'm sure there's a few gender combos I've never done, I guess. I've never played a male city elf (although I did play a female city elf). I've never played a female dwarf commoner (although I did play a male dwarf commoner, and both genders in dwarf noble).
Obviously, I've never played a Qunari. That will be changing in Inquisition of course.

I've played all the origins in DAO but only completed the game with my canon character, an apprehensive and inexperienced Amell arcane warrior. In DA2 I've played as 2H warrior and DPS mage (canon).
My canon characters are all female, this might change in Inquisition. I'm curious about the voice actors.

Dwarven rogue (I always envision them as warriors, blame typical fantasy stereotypes and tropes)
Elven warrior (I generally see them as rogues and mages. Once again, blame typical fantasy tropes)
Qunari (obviously, Inquisiton will remedy that eventually even though they, like dwarves, are lower on the tier of characters I plan on making)
