I'd like to change the armor and weapons some of the NPC's are using. For example, Irving's.

I'm not very familiar with the Toolset, but I found 5 entries for Irving by looking through the Creature option in the Palette Windows.

I check out the files, click on inventory, and change the armor to something else, save it, check it back in.

But the changes aren't reflected in-game.

What is the next step that I am missing? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They only show up in a new game!!
