So I see. ![]()
I missed it because I clicked on the "Show only Bioware posts".
And it didn't show up. ![]()
And I see that the spammer is still trying to make more groups.

Which color did you pick?
In regards to this thread, the replies, and Cain's rep:
To the people attacking each other:
SHUT THE **** UP! Watching adults that are at least 10 years older than me act like this is ****** annoying. We have different opinions and will most likely not change it over what is a modified text message. Learn to respect others' opinions when you obviously will not be able to change them.
Petty attacks will solve nothing. I'll admit, this post will solve nothing. But stop to think that a 17 year old teenager thinks you're acting ****** childish.
I have very bad news about the things I have learned since I graduated high school, then college, and now have been in the workforce for 7 years.
Pettiness, childishness, and basically everything you hate about middle school and high school... yeah, those things don't ever end, sadly. Just that the "adults" engaged in those behaviors get older and wrinklier, but it's still there and just as prevalent as it ever was in your younger days.
I am dreadfully sorry to be the bearer of bad news, mostly because I thought those things would get "better" when I got older and joined the "adult table".
It doesn't. It just gets louder and more self-righteous.

Well ****.
Guess I'll stick to the kiddie table then. It's so much easier to confuse them. They're so gullible.

Slacker.
Slacker.
Oh fine, and playing SWTOR.
Well, this thread is curious.
Better than I feared, worse than I hoped, but I can deal with this.
BioWare?
What have you in mind? Drive off your last customers and become Westwood 2.0?
If that is you goal, you've just done one more step in the right direction...
It's Easter weekend. I know not everyone celebrates the holiday (obviously), but it's still one where folks usually get some time off work and/or spend the weekend with family. In North America, at least, seems to be the tradition. That's why her releasing this info on Thursday afternoon was a classic PR move in my mind - release bad news and then disappear for the long weekend and let those who received the news wear themselves out frothing at the mouth all weekend. This thread clearly shows the logic behind the timing.
God, I totally forgot about Easter, thank you for reminding me lol.

I try to celebrate Ishtar on the daily basis myself.
I try to celebrate Ishtar on the daily basis myself.
As do I, even if I fail miserably at it.
I know.
Wait just a minute...
You mean to tell me that there are groups on this forum that I didn't know existed, that don't affect or offend me?
Today we added a new Site Rule (#9) regarding moderation of groups - specifically allowing us to close groups that are largely off topic to BioWare games and the studio culture.
You can read our official comments here in the forum update thread.
This thread was opened to discuss your thoughts to keep them from spilling into forum topics.
This may have been the last straw for me. I understand some need for a stricter form of moderation, but limiting all forum subgroups to Bioware (product) friendly chat topics only is a very good way to limit Bioware's marketing efforts. Whether the admin sees this or not, many people that come here, posting Bioware or non-Bioware topics still get exposure to Bioware products and updates. Limiting these options or outright removing the ability to discuss various other non-Bioware topics is simply a regressive means to market Bioware products. Needless to say what Bioware's competition will note if things get worse here and the fan base simply moves on.
The vehicle that was this forum crashed when you changed the forums to a "better" version that removed most features that people loved for no reason and made the website unbearable for the longest time, moderation is out of control with censorship and banning at the slightest inclination and now you're removing groups which people can meet and discuss things because of undisclosed (but totally obvious) reasons.
Jesus.
I'm sorry, I've been here since the original BioBoards and it's clear that nobody in a management position knows what they're doing. My posting already slowed down to a halt compared to what it used to be, most posters have left and now you're scaring off more. All that's going to be left is a circle of like-minded individuals posting in the same threads agreeing with each other.
This forum is stagnate and you're just making it worse. I guess scaring everyone off is a good way to remove all complaint, right?
