Ok, I tried to read it and my eyes still hurt. Please fix the format.
Anyway, I like most of your points. I'm not sure if we'll ever see naval combat, but sea exploration could be interesting. I always agree to more customization and focus on story DLCs.
I haven't read anything about it, but I think that cross-class combos will return: they were a nice addition in DA2 and I'd like to see them improved and refined. The ability to one shot most enemies with certain, perhaps difficult to obtain, combinations would be welcome ![]()
However, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "Also Lock off Main Missions until All Side Missions would be completed, other wise Main Mission would kill you QUICKLY".

1. Easier Access to Dragon's Keep App, being able to use both on 56K Dial Up or Fast Speeds being a Universal Keep, Able to Import Keep using a USB Flash Drive from the Keep Site, either with 56K Dial Up or Other Speeds then Upload the USB into your Console of Choice using the Flash Drive would then Recogonize the Keeps World State then implement it into Inquisition via Importing.
2. Make a Weapons Smithing Upgrade deal similar towards Mass Effect 3, The Stronger the Weapon the Stronger the attacks will be, Reaching Maximum LVL would unlock a Devestating Weapons Ability. Also Ehchantment Augmentation being Weapon effects, Fire, Ice, Lightining effects making for a different weapon abilities.
3. New Magic Abilities being Water, or Wind Or a Physical one being able to devastate your opponents in a Group all at 1 time, Water would be Rain, Flood, Sleet, Wind could be Cyclone, Hurricane, or Tropical being diffent effects only unlocked through Leveling up. Higher the LVL the more power your attacks can do.
4. Easier Menu for Sidemissions, Sidequests, Showing a better Icon on World Map or your Local Map, With a Map Indicator pointing your way sort of like a GPS Way Point. Separate Side Missions from Main Missions, Also Lock off Main Missions until All Side Missions would be completed, other wise Main Mission would kill you QUICKLY.
5. Make Romance More meaningful, Not easy as Origins or 2 was, Make it have more Impact with the story such as Betrayal, Someone using the LI againt the MC, someong killing the LI then the MC goes into Rampage Mode, etc. make it Fit into Inquisition.
6. Focus on DLC Story Missions ONLY - Nothing Goofy, No Character Add ONS, 9 Followers is more than enough, Bring in never before seen Locations, they are 19 Circle of Magi in Thedas We have only seen a FEW. Bring in new never before seen Locations Teventer Emporium, Other City States of The Free Marches being Starkhaven, or Par Vollen the Qunari Tropical Island Nation.
7. Oceanic Travel by Boats & add in Navel Combat, We see Docks, we see Ships so why not do more with Naval Activity
8. Customization - New Hair being Long, New Body Toning being Muscular, Shade my Body in different Colors, Make my MC Fat, Skinny, Short, Tall.
9. Team Attacks add in new Powers for a Tag Team Special Move like 2 Mages using Fire then another using Ice making a Super Ice Inferno when the Power Meter would be Filled. Another could be a Special Meter doing this when Filled would unleash a Team Attack All 4 Member using their powers at 1 Time could instantly kill any foe or Boss with 1 Attack.
10. World Map Leave it alone I enjoyed DA 2s Map System, it was Easy to Access, being so many locations in Inquisition I have a feeling this will be like Skyrim - Being not accessable until You reach Set Destination then you can use Fast-Travel to go back or go to That Location. But DA 2s Map is better all you do is just Point & Click to Your Location boom your there. I can name more Improvements needed but these are the top 10 Choices.
I have edited your post op.

5 gets a big NOPE from me.
And why would we have naval combat if we are going on land only, you didn't think it through.

I have edited your post op.
Thank you.
I'm not overly bowled over by most of these suggestions, to be honest. Some are already understood to be implemented (or at least partially) and others because I'm not interested in them (oceanic travel/rage mode irt LIs).

1. Have no idea the plan for Keep so can't comment.
2. Weapon customization is in the game, from stat changing to even aesthetic only changing.
3. I wouldn't mind more elemental types of spells.
4. They've done this for a while, the separate side quests from main quests and the designating plot points at least.
5. No, just no. Simply because what would the players without LIs experience? Plus it's not good business to anger the customers by killing LIs
6. They have stated there will be no New Companion DLCs.
7. We never have access to an ocean, so why would they put oceanic stuff? The biggest we get is a large lake and maybe the coast.
8. More customization is always good, but bodies are preset according to race and gender.
9. DA@ had something similar with combos, so it may be in though perhaps not to the extent you wish. Also I doubt there will be instakill moves.
10. World Map seems to follow Origins and DA2 route. The compass and stuff only seem to apply to areas.

If these 'picks' relate to DAI, then some have already been implemented (e.g. it's been confirmed that there are no more than 9 companions) and some can't be implemented for obvious reasons - do you know how hard long hair is to implement into a game? The long hair mods of DAO mostly looked pretty terrible or clipped a lot because it isn't easy to do, the team doesn't have the resources. Number 5 is a big no-no because this isn't a dating-adventure sim.
And we have no idea precisely how the Keep is being implemented, so I find it kind of amusing that you're assuming unknown restrictions that the developers have placed on it.

My top picks to improve the OP:
1. Use the enter key between numbered points.
Joking aside, that wall of text is too hard to read all jumbled up like that.
Wall of Text, plus random capitalization starts to remind me of letters like this.

Just saying.

Look, I am using a Laptop so kinda of hard to type, not perfect.
Another Cool Spell would be Blizzard effecting All in Area
Another would be Hurricane Inferno - Being a Hurricane of immense Heat
Another would be Lightining being a Kill Chain 1 Chain Kills everyone in that location Lightining Chain
1 could be Rapid Fire Fire Ball Blast or a Spread Shot Fire Spread
Another idea could be Using Weapons that would use Effects such as a Sword that would be on Fire or another with Lightining.
I know that Inquisition will feature none of these, but I am hoping Inquisition will do Spells differently or add in new variations of them.
I just don't want Inquisition to Fail, 3 years no Dragon Age.
Also I am just speculating on Inquisition, I don't know anything other than the vaguest of Details, also I am just offering suggestions regarding Dragon's Keep making it accessible for all despite your CONNECTIONS, rather you have 56K Dial Up or Fast Speed.
Being a Keep that was somehow inside of Inquisition could be another possible choice like a Inter-Active Novel similar towards Mass Effects GENESIS then Import that into Inquisition.
They say they are having issues figuring this deal out, I have 10 Ideas running in my head about how to use the KEEP.

Edit: the game is launching in fall, I doubt they are lacking ideas for the keep, seeing as they've already had a round of beta participants

Er, almost all of those were in previous games. We had Blizzard and Inferno spells in DAO. We had Chain Lightning and weapons with elemental damage in both installments.
