Same here. I've purchased Warden's Keep from Italy, but now I'm in Spain and I'll be here till July. Are you telling me I can't download RtO until I go back to the same IP adress I had when I purchased WK?

That's pretty much right. If your card's billing address is in a different country than your computer IP it won't be verified. I'm in a similar boat.
In hindsight, I should have bought more points when I was still in the U.S. Live and learn I guess.

Well, I'll have to find a way around this problem... adaptation to the enviroment, I guess...

This is not the case with me however. I'm still in the same country and using the same IP as before. I even used this credit card to buy a game from Steam yesterday and had no issues but for some reason here my card can't be verified...
Kinda sucks since I have been looking foward to this DLC some time now.

Hmm, then maybe there's something else wrong too. Good thing I didn't use my foreign credit card yet. I'll just wait a few more months before buying any more DLC. By then the bugs should be worked out and more good stuff should be available. Heck, the expansion will probably be done by then.
I guess you COULD try using Paypal, but frankly I don't trust the security on that enough to risk it.

Same Problem here... Very frustrating, if it isnt bad enough that the majority of people that play the game ( including myself ) have a problem with load times, and hitting choke issues after a good amount of playtime, you arnt even able to get all the content.. think I'd like to know if there is a way to get a refund, I purchased the game under the assumption that metting the recommended specs would allow for smooth gameplay, obviously not the case. Sorry for venting, but the problems need to be addressed

Yay we're a giant buddy club of bioware point buying haters because bioware is too lame to fix problems like this.

yeah, not working here either, decided to ask Bioware Game support.
Suggest you all do the same, maybe that will help them giving this the attention it requires!

I've tried 3 different cards, not all from the same company. None of them are accepted. Why?
