I have tied to buy points for new Mass Effect outfits at least 3 times. Please fix soon, Bioware!

If cursing gets the mods and admins to look at this then I will:

WHAT THE ****, why cant my card get verified. I am 110% sure it is fine. Many others have the same problem. EA, Bioware, whoever, find a way to fix this **** or no one will buy your DLC.

EDIT: well, it seems there were counter-measures to my swearing.  touche

Card cannot be verified. Tried two different cards, all of the form information was correct.

Can't verify my card either, and I am using Internet explorer, as some have suggested to use.

Well, today I decided to use a card I didn't really want to use(because it doesn't have a lot of funds in it) and actually got it to go through. It was a Visa, the one I wanted to use was a Mastercard. Happy me!

*The DLC is rather short btw, but fun.

Saaaaaame problem, which is lame cause I got all the DA:O DLC's no problem, but now it's not verified. You'd think:

1. Bioware employee comes to work. 2. Turns computer on. 3. Oh look, a massive thread of complaints about a pretty significant issue that's affecting a load of people, and we're losing out on easy money. 4. Instead of fixing this as quickly as possibly, let me text this to my friends lolerzz!!1111.

lame.

My card can not be verified either. I wish they could at least suggest a workaround.

I might just give up on trying to get the DLC for DA, i've had this same problem for the last two weeks. I've used two cards and had no success.

EA Store is about 7,5 EUR more expensive (for 1600 points) than the Bioware checkout. You can do a lot for 7,5 EUR, like... having 2 straight vodka shots at the pub down the street.

Would rather just get the Bioware points, but like the rest, card declined but still working on other ecommerce sites. Since I was making the purchase on a whim, I probably won't bother for a while, at least until this is fixed.

I bought 1600 points at EA to get my lost dlc back. When I installed Awakenings, and then tried to play Origins, I found that my dlc for RtO, Wk, and SP weren't working. so I bought new points with my credit card, which EA accepted, then I had a 2 day run around with them because nothing would download. Nothing showed up at Bioware showing I had downloads available. After 2 days, and at least 5 e-mails, I gave up and canceled my credit card purchase.

I haven't heard from EA since, and you know, I don't even care anymore. They can take their dlc and stuff it!. : (
