Going to keep all details in the OP instead of making a separate discussion.

This week long Operation is special so I'm going to break it down into different parties so we can have them all week long! Feel free to bounce from party to party as you please.

Mass Effect BBQ - Burn all the things! Have a character that uses incinerate or flamer? Bring them to the Mass Effect BBQ and burn every enemy in sight. For extra crispy goodness set the map to Hazard Reactor and vaporize those pesky phantoms or roast your friends!

Drell Ninja Party - Bust out a Drell and do some awesome ninja dodges, kicks, and punches. For the ultimate party experience put an adrenaline mod on and have races around the map. Pair a Drelldept with a Drellguard for explody grenade fun. Or my dream of doing and all Drellguard match.

Disco Dance Party - Have an N7 Fury? Then it is time to disco! Every one use your Fury to do some awesome disco dancing in between throwing enemies around and making them explode. Don't have a Fury? Well that is a shame. Bring a Drell or another biotic as long as they have some moves!

Kroguard Scorpion Party - We've invited Geth to this party but they want to shoot us instead of party. But that's okay because that is how Krogan like to party! Decorate the Geth with pretty glowing orbs from the Scorpion to add a festive atmosphere to all the smashing. Be sure to gather around the Geth Primes for headbutt parties. If you want the party to last into the night set the map the Hazard Giant. No Kroguard? Bring another Krogan.

Batarian Brofist (and the search for) JIM! Party - Batarians are out to have a good time with their Bros while ever searching for JIM! Race each other to punch that Phantoms head off and beat down troopers in a way only a Brotarian can. Have the Batarian Gauntlet? You are one lucky enough to have unlocked the secret of the Brofist and are welcome to this party. Try some hate surfing too if you have the Batarian slasher.

Biotic Ballon Party - Pick an Asari, any Asari and tear things apart with your mind! Look at all the pretty blue every where and savor the sound of those biotic explosions. It's party music to my ears.

Flying Turian Party - Even Turians need to let loose once in a while but their parties always seem to  involve shooting everything. Let fly with the Havoc, Ghost, and Saboteur. These guys love to use their jet boosts to move and dance, and their guns to bring the pain! If you don't have one of those characters than bring another Turian and jealously watch your Turian brethren as they dance back and forth out of reach of that Banshee. 

Tech Party - Quarians need some love and they do have their own way of throwing a party. Invite some other Tech characters and explode everything with your omnitool. I do love the fireworks display techies can create.

Boom Squad - Grenade users gather for a party that is sure to be a blast! All grenade using characters gather for some fun explosions. Show off to the others how good you are at placing your grenades for ultimate destruction or just lob them all at the same time and savor the sound of the explosions. With so many grenade users it is a race to the ammo boxes so use maps that are grenade friendly (Helpful list of Grenade supply per map)

Roly Poly Volus Races - Volus want to party as well so bring this little guy and his other Volus friends to Vancouver and roll down the ramps. Take turns reviving each other at the bottom of the ramps then go back up and roll back down. If you fail the mission it's all good. The most important thing for this one is to roll.

There are no map, enemy, or difficulty restrictions for these parties aside from the Kroguard (Geth enemy) and Volus one. Essentially any map with stairs or ramps will do for Volus. Feel free to try out to make it to all the parties but if you can't pick the ones that sound like the most fun and have at!

I don't know about the rest of you but I did party hard on Sunday. Oh my was it hilarious! I'll share party stories when I have more time this weekend.
