I decided to change all my character's names, but i'm having trouble finding good names for my human characters.
What do you name your human characters?

Including N7?
I'm not immediately imaginative w/ my names, I usually wait for something to inspire me.

For the males I go with rank followed by something stupid. So for example Lt Splosions is my HME, Cpt Screenshake is my Novaguard, Cpl Chickenwings is my HMI and so on. The females I name for the alternate build I have on them for example: ChainOLdrone is my HFE, CryoCS is my HFSol, NoSW is my HFA and so on.

Ah.
My HSol is Sgt. Hartman, after the Drill Sgt. from Full Metal Jacket. Male HA is Boomtown, male HV is RAAAAAAAARGH, both for obvious reasons. Male HEng is Cmdr. Shepard.
Off-hand I can't remember the rest. I'll add them if I do.

Random names, many times related to other games or sometimes movies.
Human Engineer is Freeman (PhD Theoretical Physics, MIT).

They're all pretty bad:
Phil the Infiltrator - get it ? - I'll fetch my coat.....
Enigma for the female Engineer (not sure why)
Tracey the female Adept (again, no idea why)
Action Man (uk eqivalent of GI Joe) for the HSol
GI Jane for the Female Soldier

Well, all of my characters are named after characters of the Mass Effect thingy I was writing, so naming them wasn't that difficult. Go to behindthename and look for something that you like, I guess. Or name them all Potato.
Oh, my HMS is called Bara. For reasons. Ask me if you really need to know, don't Google it.
Seriously. Don't. It's for your own good.

I mostly use names from books I've read:
Adept - Ravn, Iseult
Soldier - Magnar, Blitzkrieg
Engineer - Kaos, Pandora
Sentinel - Kalikanzer, Kalikanzetta
Infiltrator - Nihtgenga, Nova
Vanguard - Broga, Moneta
So, basically, I've plagiarized from Bernard Cornwell, Dan Simmons, Roger Zelazny, GRRM ![]()

IDGAF. I used to try to make good names, but that was back when promoting deleted them. I stopped trying to remember them and just started naming them anything that'd get me past the set-up screen. One of them is named "@"

Mostly whatever pops into my head ... my adepts are named 'his' and 'hers', respectively.
My male soldier is named Soldier Steve though. Mostly because I like to say 'Stop effing up Soldier Steve!'; as an added bonus I get to think of STEEEEVE when he goes down:

Most of my characters' names are connected in some weird, twisted way to The Ramones, but every single one of my alt a/c characters are called Bob, inspired by a transvestite in an episode of Blackadder II.
