We all have our favorites from Origins or DA2, but there are plenty of side, one scene characters who often get overlooked because quite frankly, they're insignificant more or less. But there are some characters who at least made some impact on a character, or is even mentioned in passing.

I thought this would be a fun thread we could speculate on underrated characters and the highly unlikely cameo appearance in Inquisition just for fun.

I'll start.

Goldanna, Alistair's possible half-sister. It would be fascinating to see her make a cameo, especially in a scene with Fiona where Fiona's saying Alistair is her son, and Goldanna is saying he's her brother and Fiona most certainly wasn't her mother, both trying to stake their claim on him to some fashion, whether Alistair is supporting Goldanna or Fiona is trying to get access to the crown in Ferelden to gather support for mages, and both can't be right, and the Inquisitor overhears the conversation or hears about banter of it.

:D

Isolde! Mostly just to hear her yell Teagan, but also because I know she's from Orlais and I wouldn't mind learning more about her.

That's a great one! And one that is more likely than Goldanna, and also quite underrated. She has to be, she never came to my mind. lol.

Poor Isolde lmao.

I'd also like to see First Enchanter Irving, though he was already up there in age.

Emeric, the templar who was investigating the murders in Kirkwall. Gotta pull him back out (of the grave) for one last case.

The elven worker from The Blooming Rose; Dragon Age II needed more of his type, fun loving debaucherous miscreants. I want to see Shianni. I'd like to see Emile de launcet if he survived Kirkwall. Of course Bodahn and Sandal.

Oh and that templar ferry in origins. He amused me.

He doesn't like Tevinter much, though.

He likes it enough to say thank you, he'll adapt and prosper.

Bevin from Redcliffe(missing child quest), it would be cool to come across him adventuring or in a tavern or something along those lines.

Ser Bryant(the templar from Lothering), Sketch the mage(from Leliana's Song and in a minor DA2 sidequest),Ser Landry(tries to duel you in DAO), Sergeant Kylon(officer in the Denerim Marketplace), Fergus Cousland and Ser Cauthrien.

I'd also like to see Master Ignacio.

He'd thank you, if you sent him to a shithole. You saved him from slavery and possession/tranquility.

Ser Cauthrien / Ser Gilmore
Lanaya and her clan. Or Lady of the Forest
Keran the templar
Emile de Launcet, his wife and child xD
Orana
Possessed Larius / Janeka
Avernus

I wish for a Connor cameo. He should be a powerful mage now. Hope Isolde will appear too xD

And the two kids in DA2, when you search for the lost three mages, near Anders' clinic...forgot their names.

I would also like to point out the side quest where Feynriel saved the lady that he had been visiting in her dreams. I didn't get the vibe that he was laboring under any mistreatment from that quest either. He is a dreamer. I am fairly certain no one would want to cheese off or mistreat someone that can murder knife you in your dreams from across the country.

Did anyone expect the Blackstone Irregular's or Mage's Collective to have any long-term payoff for completing those quests?  No?  Exactly why they should do it.

And I do wanna know who Goldanna is.  It seems like her to want Alistair paying her off,  Perhaps depending on how one handled Alistair's personal quest, if at all, determines what she's doing now.  One option could be meeting her as she's collecting the payoff Alistair promised her.  Perhaps this is when the OP's scenario occurs, and certain choices on the part of all three PCs determine who Alistair sides with.

For instance, if the warden let Loghain live and married Alistair to Anora, Alistair's still disenchanted with the wardens and leans toward Goldanna.  Perhaps the inquisitor can sway the argument.

Personally, I would love to see Loghain, if alive, and Anora... no matter what (considering you can't kill her, she should be around).

Keran would be interesting to run into again.

I really want to see a rapunzel style quest where someone asks the inquisitor to rescue Anora from her tower/prison.
