I hated that guy. I really wanted the Morrigan option "Begone Spirit". She shut him up.

I dont think there will be any less memorable than these. Most other NPC do not have recognisable look and it will be a little bit futile to remake them with new engine, because they will be like completely new NPC's.

Charade. I'd love to see her and Gamlen together. Maybe fighting some demons. Him with the Wallop Mallet, her with the usual bow.

 

Lady Elegant. Though her conversations with Hawke were brief, I thought she was interesting. She also had a really nice voice.

 

Shianni. I recently replayed the Tabris origin and Shianni has to be one of my most favorite NPCs in DA:O.
