I've got the bare bones of the http://q.neverwinternights.org website up and Paul has added that great logo.

 

Next up is the structure of the site... specifically, what forums would we like and grouped in what containers? It could be just a single forum... or we could forget about all that stuff entirely and just use this group... because we all know how stable Bioware forums are...

 

Proposed:

 

General discussion:

+ Announcements (admin posts only of Q announcements)

+ Questions and Answers (FAQ sticky and general Q&A)

 

Development:

+ Current content (List (threaded by category?) of current content)

+ Proposed content (content proposals and WIP commits)

+ Issues - Bugs and suggestions

 

May be too elaborate for a 1 (2?, 3?) man team, but I do have hopes of rejoining the effort and *looks around* I think there may be a few people interested in helping out on a freelance basis.. eh? ;-)

 

What else would we like for the Project Q site?

Did some reorganizing based on Rolo's suggestions

Fixed the jQuery issue.

Added a Q favicon (for the browser tab)

Built a frontpage feed. Used the existing screenshots from the Vault page. Be much nicer when we get some new, vibrant images up ;-)

 

Done for the day, I think :-)
