Hey. I've decided to give this game a go, and the infuriating AI is making it really hard for me to remotly enjoy this game.

My party members lags really far behind Hawke, so far behind in fact, that they won't engage in combat unless I manually move them all up to the combat, or pull the enemies back to my party, either way is really annoying. And if they by any chance isn't standing 100 meters behind Hawke watching him die, but happens to be close up to the combat when it starts, they still risk standing around useless doing nothing but casting abilities once in a while. Doesn't matter what tactics I use.

Is there any way I can fix this? Really annoying to micro every battle.

Sounds like you have them on "Hold position". Changing from hold to release/move freely should fix your problem.

That seems to be it, thanks!

Checked that so many times, asumed since it said "Hold position" over it, it meant that I would turn "Hold position" on if I pressed that  button.
