Note that i also want to romance Morrigan to go with her through the Eluvian,so i can't choose female Warden to marry Alistair.

As long as you kill Loghain (Alistair cannot duel him) Alistair is fine staying in the Grey Wardens
Editing:
Oh but then Anora won't marry you. Alistair does duel him but he Can't be hardened

1) Don't harden Alistair
2) Let him fight Loghain (whom Alistair will outright kill)
3) Announce Anora queen (be sure to have had the conversation with her in her room...I "think" that is a prerequisite to marrying her. *grain of salt*) and agree to marry her.
Alistair will stay with the Grey Warden's, you can do the DR, marry Anora, go through the rest of the expanded DLC, and walk through the mirror with Morrigan (if you romanced her).
Been a while, so some things might be wrong or incomplete.

Fight the duel with Loghain yourself.
Refuse to make Loghain a warden when Riordan offers.
Have Alistair execute Loghain.
You can then announce Anora as queen and you'll rule by her side. (Provided you've had the conversation with her prior to the Landsmeet.)
Alistair will stay with the wardens in this scenario.

I believe one of the ways to do is:
1) Don't harden Alistair
2) Let him fight Loghain (whom Alistair will outright kill)
3) Announce Anora queen (be sure to have had the conversation with her in her room...I "think" that is a prerequisite to marrying her. *grain of salt*) and agree to marry her.

No, you have the right of it.

Assuming Alistair didn't kill Loghain at the end of the duel, isn't there an option like "Alistair, you should be the one to do this." after you reject Riordan?

Almost certain there is.

Kill loghain yourself after you beat him. He is cool with it and accepts his fate so anora will too. Just don't listen to Riordan, that smooth talker was probably some sort of scoundrel before becoming a warden...
EDIT: this is an error. I misread the original post and thought the OP wanted Alistair to marry Anora which in that case you would do the above.

Pretty sure Anora won't marry the guy who kills her father. Having Alistair off Loghain is the safe bet.
This. If you want to marry Anora then Alistair has to kill Loghain. If you want Alistair to marry Anora then the Warden has to kill Loghain.

You are correct. Even if she sides with you in the Landsmeet against her father after having arranged this in a previous discussion with her, she will state emphatically that she cannot marry the person who killed her father.

Oh sorry, the above is WRONG. I thought you wanted Alistair to marry her.

The only issue i have with this is if you have alistair kill loghain, then anora will marry you and keep alistair as a warden it works and everything, but i imported that save over to awakening and at the start when you save the keep, alistair comes to visit me instead of anora and he talks like he is king and everyone refers to him as king, so basically what im trying to say is that it's glitched, so when i replayed DAO later i just exiled alistair and it worked properly then in awakening, i wanted to keep alistair as a warden but it was glitched in awakening and i think it's fair to assume that if transferred to DA2 and DAI It would also refer to alistair as king and the save would be glitched so i did this just to be safe, has anyone else run into this bug? i have noticed that the save transfers inbetween games and dlc is very glitchy overall..

Since I'm on PC, I generally get fanpatches for any big RPGs before playing, so I've been lucky there.
Fortunately enough, the Keep thing should fix wrong-imports in future, if all goes to plan.

yes that's one thing i've been wondering about this new keep thing, is this actually necessary for all systems if you want to import a save? because i've searched forever wondering and everytime someones asked if they have to use keep or can they just use the saves they already have, bioware just reply with a wrong answer and say ''we're working on importing saves into the keep'' seems like they're intentionally answering wrong i dunno...
