The Warden potentially has a hilarious one in DA:O.

 

In the Dalish camp there is funny way to resolve (or foil) the quest you get if you offer to help Cammen (the whiny elf who can't hunt) with his girl problems. Instead of encouraging him to woo the girl he has a crush on (Gheyna) or persuading Gheyna to give him a chance, you can have the MaleWarden instead seduce Gheyna. Then you have the Warden go back to Cammen and tell him about it. I don't remember the exact dialogue exchange, but it was something like this....

 

Cammen: So did you talk to her?

 

Warden: Bedded her, in fact.

 

Cammen: What! How could you?! She was to be my bethrothed!

 

Warden: And she still can be, now she'll just be more experienced.

 

or...

 

Warden: Don't worry, no harm done. I was only sampling the goods.

 

Cammen: *runs off and cries*

Shale: It would seem you and the other grey warden have become close

Alistair: I guess I have at that

Shale: I find this difficult to believe, it is whiney and weak and constantly laughing

Alistair: So I guess a romance between you and I is completely out of the question hmmmm?

Shale: And it's attempts at humour, I cannot understand how its endured

Alistair: So why don't you ask her why she likes me so much instead of bothering me with it?

Shale: It has a loud mouth, why it's head hasn't been crushed yet is hard to imagine

Alistair: Or maybe you figure she likes me more than she likes you

Shale: Don't be ridiculous 

Alistair: Yes...I thought so, just watch your step, or I'm totally telling

Shale: I'm going to stand over here now

Pretty sure that was a bug, hilarious though it was in-game.

There is a line for the Warden from Awakening that is pretty amusing. When The First confronts you at Blackmarsh, and sends you into the Fade, he's confused and feels betrayed that he was sent there too, at which point the Warden can tell him:
 

"I guess you weren't the first in your class."

Varric: I lost it. Along with my sense of dwarven pride and my gold- plated caste pin.

Fenris: I thought maybe it fell onto your chest...

Pretty much anything Sigrun says to Oghren when he tries coming on to her:

Oghren: Yes-- well, no... not when you put it that way.

Sigrun: Smooth, Oghren. Real smooth.

Oghren: "Oh no, big templar man! What are you going to do with that sword?"

Anders: Eww.

Oghren: Don't play with fire unless you want to get burned, son.

I did like that. The Arishok always did make it sound like everyone else was a bunch of chaotic selfish malcontents.

I love one of the very first party banters in DA:O

 

• Morrigan: I have a wonder, Alistair, if you will indulge me.
• Alistair: Do I have a choice?
• Morrigan: Of the two of you that remain, are you not the senior Grey Warden here? I find it curious that you allow another to lead, while you follow.
• Alistair: You find that curious, do you?
• Morrigan: In fact, you defer to a new recruit. Is this a policy of the Grey Wardens? Or simply a personal one?
• Alistair: What do you want to hear? That I prefer to follow? I do.
• Morrigan: You sound so very defensive.
• Alistair: Couldn't you crawl in to a bush somewhere and die? That would be great, thanks.

I think the whole conversation is great but that last comment from Alistair is just gold

 

Oh and also, Oghrens comment in the wending wood if you click on him (I think only if you play as an elf?)

"Hey, look at me, I'm an elf. Trees are pretty! Tra la la."

All the more full of win because it's a quote from Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin series.

He says it regardless of your race.  When I first heard him say that (I was playing as my first Dalish elf), I thought, "You realize I'm standing right here, right?"

Yeah that was my reaction too xD And I had Velanna there as well so I felt he was lucky that she apparently didn't hear him ;P
