They're all moderately attractive to inoffensive. Not that I'm against beauty, but it's nice to have characters less defined by how they look. Especially in an age where practicality meant survival.

 

The Unamed Grey Warden is rocking the Doc Holliday (Known as "_____ Tickler") though, so he's got a reserved spot in the party. Assuming that makes it in the final game.

Cullen is kiiiiiiinda hot but he has a really big stick up his ass, Vivienne is attractive too but I have reservations about her personality. Varric is a dwarf. Solas looks like Nicholas Cage. Cassandra is ManJaw 2.0. [!!speculative companion time!!] Cole is damaged goods. That elven archer whose name escapes me seems very, very perky and Feathers is old.

 

So... meh.

I think they're all incredibly dorky looking, which is fantastic compared to the beauty squads we've had before. Dorkquisition? It will ceritanly make it interesting to see which ones are romancable when they're all not just the classic pretty boy or buxom ladies, have to rely on the personality side of them to see how they are 'attractive'.

I'm hoping there are some are decent customization options for the player character that aren't attractive. If so I plan on having the Inquisitor not necessarily being the most attractive man in Thedas. I'd rather give him a severe look, to match the personality I plan to give him. Something like this, basically:

Cullen is by far the worst looking character so far. He looks,like a piece of nug droppings. He is weak, boring, and the only reedimg thing about him, is his not a whiny do-gooder like allistar. Some girls complain about Isabella being fan service, and then stick up for Cullen's inclusion? Hypocrites.

Cole is almost guaranteed to be a 10 for me unless they really mess up his appearance. Too bad he's mentally a child... that's going to make my ogling of him a bit uncomfortable

 

Solas looked pretty good (8 or so) in that picture with him in all the different armors. It's probably because he looked like he had some hair instead of absolutely nothing.

 

Cullen I would say a 7. I can't help but see his disgusting face from DAO every time I look at him.

 

Iron Bull, DMHG and Grey Warden are all monstrous and ugly and don't get a score.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I didn't think he would be mentally like a child anymore after the end of Asunder, but it seemed like Gaider implied he still was on the forums? I guess we'll see, if he's in.

Actually, it’s because of static electricity. Biotics build up a charge the same way a ship does during FTL.  The L3 implants minimize the effects, but with the L2s, it can be pretty painful.
