I really hope that's not the case that lesbian players in this game too get sidelined NPC character. Traynor was the least developed LI in ME3, she had the shortest time of overall dialogues (and actually, if you romanced her, it deprived you of chess play scene, which provided some so much needed insight to her character and consisted substantial part of her overall spoken lines), it was the only romance option that lacked meet-up scene on Citadel (which was very important for character building, as it was the only time characters were doing something by their own in their free time). And it was just ridiculous that basically after sex (BTW, I'm quite sure that most money allocated for Traynor romance were put on making that shower sex scene), even though Shepard knew nothing about her because ot that great character development, there was conversation about marriage and kids.

 

Besides that, unlike Cortez, who still felt like a part of the team due to assisting you on missions as shuttle pilot, she was completely detached from the action during the time you were outside of Normandy. And while Steve's sexuality was treated with full respect in every sense imaginable, it wasn't so in Samantha's case. I couldn't believe how her interactions with male Shepard looked like when I watched it on YouTube. Weekes basically made her, a lesbian, a sexual tease for m!Shep. I also checked out Citadel DLC on Youtube and noticed that it only got worse there, even more sexual teasing of the lesbian by semi-nudity and shots on male Shep checking her out. Comments under the movie on YT were easy to predict.

 

I really hope that Weekes isn't anywhere near to the lesbian romance's script of this game.
