Yes. Especially with Cass. 

 

While a kiss in the rain would be nice. A more angry kiss would suit her better I feel. Her and the Inquisitor always arguing and out of nowhere she grabs the Inquisitor for a more heated kiss. Seem to fit her more.

Yes!  Solas gets twitchy as water drips off his adorable ears, Cass looks like even more of a wet blanket than usual, DHMG gets flustered because his 'stache gets messed up, and Cullen transforms into Ryan Gosling in the Notebook.  I approve of kissing in the rain.
