My uneducated-as-hell-straight-up-guesses:
Straight: Cullen, Cassandra
Gay/Lesbian: Dorian, Sera/Vivienne
Bi: Solas, Scribe Woman/Sera
That's pretty much my guess too, but with the possibility of Vivienne being an LI

I cant student loans beat me up and took all my money.
Story of my life lol ![]()
But that leaves both straight options being warriors and both gay options being mages.
You could switch Sera and Viv, or Sera and Cassandra. ![]()
...you win this time, education.
At least they left me with one Kidney.....
You could switch Sera and Viv, or Sera and Cassandra.
I did say I could see Sera being straight and Cassandra being by due to popular demand.
Honestly, I think if Cullen is straight, the bi one will probably be Solas.
Well, every LI elf HAS been bi so far...
I would be shocked if Cullen was anything but straight! Cullen seems as straight as they come.
Straight like Anders?
This would be so unfair to straight female players, though. Cullen is a very contentious character outside of his love thread, and offering them an NPC they might be morally opposed to or a hugely-muscled Qunari (who is so not to standard tastes) or an older man very likely to be near death is the definition of "not fair".
I think the most fair split seems like;
Hetero - Solas
Bi - Cullen
Gay - Dorian
But this is working off the fact that Solas has the biggest female fandom and I don't know if they'd have known or been able to guess that would happen when they decided which would be which. Overall, though, I think this would make the most people happy, just from what I've seen as trends on the forum.

You're probably very right (although I would personally love for Dorian and Cullen to be switched, but that would be cruel).
The women are going to be trickier. I get the sense, from tumblr, that Cassandra and Vivienne are the favorites for f/f romances, but I don't see any way that would be possible.

m/f Cassandra has been much more popular than f/f Cassandra overall, so my money is on Vivienne being the lesbian if she is an LI at all.

I wish they could all be bi again. It wouldn't solve everyone's problem, since some wont be LIs at all, but more people would be able to get the choice they want, at least. ![]()

Huh? I've seen nearly as much f/f Cass as I have m/f Cass.

Agreed.

Really? I've only seen a few f/f Cassandra stuff.
To be honest, I don't see many straight guys talking about the romance system. I'm sure they still use it and will be pissed if they don't get good options, but I see a comparatively small amount of straight guys actually talking about it.

I'm not shoehorning all straight guys, but pretty much the majority that I see talking about it are the ones who comment on the sexuality system, versus speaking about their own options.
Man I am so not interested in Solas. I'd rather Mr. Beardy by a mile. I want DHMG to be the bi one, just because my love is true and I want to have the option to make out with him no matter what.
This is partly driven because I know in my heart one of my options as a lady is going to be stupid Cullen. I don't want Cullen. He creeped me out in DA:O, I liked his arc okay in DA2 but not in any sort of kissy-face way, and I am annoyed this mysteriously popular dork has been pushed on us again and is almost certainly going to be one of my precious, precious lady inquisitor options. This is sad, as he is seriously dead last (not counting Cole or the ladies) in terms of "person I want to romance." Sad, I tell you.
Really? I've only seen a few f/f Cassandra stuff.
To be honest, I have seen a hell of a lot of women who want to romance Cass.

Of course, because there are more straight men in general. But Cassandra is also really popular amongst people who play gay/bi/pan Femquisitors, too.

Won't lie, I assumed she was bi in DA2. Something about the look she exchanges with Leliana made me all, "Oh yeah, she's totally into chicks too." I will be surprised if she's straight, even though mechanically I understand why people are thinking she'll be the straight one.

I agree. And to be honest, I think it's in part due to those people being much vocal about wanting Cass to be available to Femquisitors.
To be honest, I have seen a hell of a lot of women who want to romance Cass.
And to be honest too, i haven't seen much m/f Cass stuff overall than f/f Cass. And the latter is esp popular with a female Qunari Inquisitor.
She's also the one that the people know the most about, too.
Very true. And she's pretty damn awesome too. If I ever do a Femquis, I'm gonna aim for her. Cause she's such a badass.

Because all the women so far are hot lol

That's true. Easier to desire a character the more you know about them.
