But in DA2 with everyone playersexual I could not romance everyone in one PT. Other LI's would get locked out. Unless....I missing something.
I had a male Hawke manage to bed pretty much every single person.

Okay, seriously, HOW? Because people keep saying this and then never elaborating.
I remember seeing quite a collection of bisexual people that absolutely hated the term (and got on David about it since they felt it was his term) because they felt that it was disparaging towards bisexuals and in some cases peopled considered any attempt at being ambiguous or leaving it open to interpretation constituted erasure.
I think it goes back to representation issues.
This is what I've never understood about the replay factor.
Yeah, I only replay to try out different classes/builds. I'm not going to replay just to romance a female companion that was off limits before with a male cuz gender restrictions.
I may end up using the same Inquisitor (Dalish Elf) each time and will probably do the same romance (say, Cassandra if she's the bi-female companion).

Restrain yourself! ![]()

That's not the same thing, though. The romance doesn't... climax then. ![]()

I think that says more about you than the LIs ![]()

It's also why I don't like calling the DA2 romances 'bi' (aside from Izzy). I just do it for the sake of simplicity.
I think if the player character is romancing someone, they should know what sexuality they are. I don't think anyone in the world would have no reaction at all if someone they've been dating for years (as in DA2) suddenly told them they were bi.
I believe, if I remember correctly, in DA:O, you could have a conversation with both Zevran and Leliana about their being interested in both men and women. So you knew they were bi. So I don't see why that couldn't also happen with characters like Merrill and Fenris - or any bi characters.
I think that says more about you than the LIs
Just saying.. I was able to do it. I definitely set out on a mission - a mission to be the worst possible person in the world and succeeded. Poor Anders. He was so upset.

Well.
I disagree with those people. Politely.
What's stereotipically gay about DHMG's look?
*eyeroll*
The mustache. It is a particular grooming choice. It's not really done anymore these days unless you're a hipster. But awhile back 50% of the men in a gay club would have that mustache.
Oh, "Lady Trevelyan" is such a fancy title. I wonder if family names will be used in this manner?
The elf Inquisitor can be "Lavellan the Knife Ear"!
My Lavellan just stabbed you ![]()
Im pretty sure Leliana didn't talk about any attraction to guys, i just remember her mentioning stuff about women & a slightly flirty banter with Morrigan
I thought she had a line about how she was attracted to "the person." But I could be wrong. I haven't done those dialogs in a long time.
My Lavellan just stabbed you
With her ears?

If I were a bi person I could see how "playersexual" might offend me. But from a writer's standpoint, all my characters are pretty much "playersexual," or, "whatever-I-want-you-to-be-sexual." Playersexual meant the player could envision Merril as gay, straight, bi, pan, asexual, whatever. I think it was quite nice, really.

It's actually why I prefer to call them bisexual now, actually.

Actually I think it did climax, that's just all it did ![]()

Well, what you did in that situation either doesn't impact replayability or actually increases it because you'd need 4 playthroughs to complete each of the romances and see all of the content, plus one to experience the extra dialogue and banter that happens when you attempt to romance 3 in one playthrough.
I actually replayed one more time when I found out you could try to date 3 in one game.
With her ears?
He's a boy, and now he just double-stabbed you with the other ear.

Interesting.
Could you elaborate? ![]()
True, it reminds me of a singer on X-Factor, Lillie McCloud.
Spoiler
She is 54 (in the video), but does not look it at all.
She looks fantastic!!! ![]()
Age is a state of mind. If you have a good attitude and healthy habits you can defy the stereotype. There was this 100 year old woman who actually went skydiving recently. She did a tandem jump. She looked around 70 when I saw her interview on the news.
Sadly there is a woman in my neighborhood who is 55 and has a rare type of Alzheimer's that affects middle age adults.
Her mother is 75 and doesnt have it. Its really heartbreaking to see her being cared for by her mother. ![]()

And i like that you got to do that. Though, I'm guessing sum metagaming was necessary. I'll have to try that some time....when I replay.

But... they're not? In my playthrough, Fenris is gay. The game allows for this. The only thing that could change this would be the writers saying he's bi or him showing interest in a woman in a canon medium (a novel, game, etc.).
He's a boy, and now he just double-stabbed you with the other ear.
He's just hurting himself by playing into stereotypes. ![]()

You have to start with Isabela/Fenris, progress through both Anders and Merrill in either order, and end on Isabela/Fenris... I think ![]()
