Jack's awesome. It works as a romance if your Shepard is psycho himself. ![]()
And I think in the writers' minds, he might be. Hence Vega's nickname. "Loco".

Yeah, sorry about that.
You can still be psycho in spirit though. Psycho Femshep makes a good BFF for Jack.
If the Mass Effect writers wrote DA:I. Male inquisitor would close the veil tears with his peen.
In regards of Tali, The same can be said for Garrus and femshep. Shepard's genitals trascend species
.
Well, Turians aren't 'senstitive' species (if i'm correct. Mordin didn't say anything about beding Garrus, did he?). Quarians on the other hand....

Yeah she can be. But apparently not in Vega's case. ![]()
In Vega's eyes dudeshep was a hero and fShepard was eye candy. I frakking hated that.

Because my initial playthrough was with FemShep, this piqued my curiosity and I had to see what the male equivalent was, and part of me suspects that the reason he doesn't call her "Loca" is because the feminine form of loco might not register as easily with some people, and of course, Lola just rolls off the tongue better than the word loca. Of course, this isn't an excuse I would readily accept, but it's just a suspicion of mine. In any case, I think he should have just called her that anyway, since he does make references to her being crazy regardless, and we wouldn't have that rather weak reference to some person who happens to be named Lola..
Can we talk about how the explanation for Quarian sensitivity doesn;t make sense tho? Every Quarian has to leave the fleet to become an adult. Every Quarian. The reason why early explorers decimated populations they visited with disease was because the exact opposite of the Quarian system.
If anything, they should have the most robust immune systems of all!
We never found out what happend after the movie tho....
Maybe Cass has a kid running around somewhere in Orlais that she gave up for adoption, and that's what her personal quest is gonna be about
That sound a lot like Wynne's background...

You're mixing up the current Pilgrimage rite and the early Quarian explorers beck when they had a homeworld.

I meant irl explorers, but I could also be misremembering other things too

IRL Quarian explorers ?
No, like Europeans giving everybody in the Americas smallpox because there wasn't much by way of intercontinental travel/also bathing in the case of said Europeans.
Intercontinental and interplanetary exploration are two totally different things.
Turians are a dextro-protein race, so a relationship between a turian and a human can be dangerous since it can cause, in certain circumstances, allergic reactions that can be fatal. Mordin did warn Shepard about it.Well, Turians aren't 'senstitive' species (if i'm correct. Mordin didn't say anything about beding Garrus, did he?). Quarians on the other hand....

If only plot armor was a real product pharmaceutical companies could sell.
I see
(I'm still mad that Jack was explicitly bi, but was only for male sheps...in fact, ME2 romances were the most rage-inducing)
Jack was explicitly bi? Am I missing something?

She mentions one of her first friends as a couple (who she eventually slept with or something), but they ended up screwing her over on a job.
They should have made her bi though. Would've made her a kind of cool counterpart to Liara and ensured more popularity.
She talks in a dialogue that she had sex with a woman, if I recall.
If I remember correctly, she had a threesome with a couple that after betrayed her. (or wanted to)

On a sidenote, Jack lives in the most interesting aspect of ME for me. I think that's why I like her the most. But you never quite get to see her world. Just glimpses of it. Both her and Aria, actually. I would love a sci-fi game living in a world of crime and hardcore survival, set in dingy, neon lit places like Omega.
They almost tapped into something great here, but they had to emphasize the whole special forces/boy scout thing. And the white light of the Citadel.
Aria.

I remember the threesome line. Elder King, is that what you're talking about?
I dunno... I'm bi, engaging in a mixed-sex threesome doesn't make you bi. I've known straight girls to do it with their boyfriends and another girl but they aren't bi. And people who did it because they were curious or crossing something off a bucket list but they weren't bi either. Doesn't she tell a FemShep she doesn't swing that way when she thinks FemShep is hitting on her or something?

You're right, of course. I think what people are just saying is the missed opportunity here.. that she had potential at least. No different than Kaiden.
I'm straight myself, but I'd still welcome it.. It would've made Jack more popular at the very least.
